I absolutely recommend using Cheerful soles. I had to exchange shoes for a larger size. Totally stress free ,fill in a form ,send an email ,print off free returns label and my new shoes arrived within a week.

I had some confusions regarding the size, I got answers either by phone and by email and at the end got the exact size I needed. The service was excellent and I received the shoes very quickly.

We always sell in UK whole and half sizes and do the conversions for our customers, some of whom have never worn Joya before.
