Missing follow up review
My follow up review to CHEC Preston minor op on 5/6/26 seemed to have been missed. On chasing this up with the online chat, Amanda Whittle arranged both follow up and also glaucoma appointments that are now due.

I would like to provide some positive feedback for Claudia from the CHEC who was dealing with my Endoscopy appointment. Claudia was extremely helpful, friendly and professional when I called. She efficiently arranged my endoscopy consultation with the nurse as well as my hospital appointment, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
She was prompt, patient and very pleasant throughout the conversation, and I really appreciated how quickly she dealt with everything. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Claudia!
