I telephoned concerning medication…
I telephoned concerning medication prescribed and was immediately offered an appointment to see a doctor at my local CHEC. Robin sent me a message confirming this appointment. This could not have been more speedy, as my phone call was on Friday and the appointment made for the following Monday. Thanks to a brilliant team at CHEC

Advised to retry after 23 December !!!
Only after requesting a phone call was the situation resolved.
Within 3 days from that request Rebecca Wilson called and offered a Worcestershire slot Monday 5 th in just 3 days time.
Brilliant and real ray of sunshine.

Worth the wait for Angela
I did have to wait a long time on the phone. But it was worth it. Angela Turner just so helpful. She had to put my details address etc. on the system as we have recently moved. That was so traumatic and if all the phone calls I had made during that episode had been made to an Angela Turner then the experience would have been much less stressful. You are lucky to have her on your team.

Just had my second eye done
Just had my second eye done. As last time, staff helpful, professional, pretty much on time. A real pleasure to be able to see clearly again. Not something a future patient should worry about. Easier than going to dental hygienist!!!

The lady I spoke with quickly understood the reason for my contacting her. She sorted out two appointments for me. During the whole experience she made me feel at ease and I thank her for dealing with my enquiry swiftly and so professionally.
