CheapOairhas done well for me - I'm a fan!
I feel that CheapOair has always done its best for me, and that its staff are always trying to be helpful. Over the years, I have benefited from some outstanding bargains on long haul flights!

I messed up on the booking process…
I messed up on the booking process (totally my fault) and lost out on a £20 discount. Customer service took care of it and a couple of days later, the money was credited to my account.

Хочу поделиться своим горьким опытом покупки билетов на сайте CheapOair.Купили мы 3 билета в Турцию ( я, ребёнок и муж) В имени мужа была сделана ошибка и тут наша жизнь превратилась в жизнь вокруг проблемы замены имени в билете ! Никакие 24/7 там не существует -это раз ! Во вторых три дня мы им звонили учитывая разницу во времени , и только один раз нам ответили , и этот оператор был в Индии ! В течении нескольких дней мы отравляли письма на имель - полный игнор! И вот мы уже в аэропорту ! Стоим на регистрацию и нам приходит ответ , что мы должны обратиться в авиакомпанию которой мы летим и никаких проблем не будет. Как бы не так ! Совершенно справедливо авиакомпания нам отказала и показали правила , что Замена имени и прочих исправлений происходит на сайте где ты приобрёл билеты . Хочу заметить что все это вопрос не 5 минут и не смотря на то что мы были в аэропорту на 3 часа раньше , все это заняло времени да так что до отлёта осталось 40 минут . Ребёнок в плач что Папа не летит :( мы с ребёнком прошли регистрацию а муж побежал покупать новый билет ! И перед отлётом это стоит я вам скажу !!! Но проблема то осталась ! Через 8 дней нам лететь обратно ! И уже 5 дней мы пишем письма ! Игнор! И вот сейчас мы получили письмо что по техническим причинам не могут нам помочь ! Отличненько ! Значит мы должны купить ещё раз билет на обратный путь ? Я такое встречаю первый раз в жизни . Я не только подам иск на возмещение затрат на покупки билетов , но и ещё на возмещение морального ущерба . Наш отдых превратился в напряг ! Никому не посоветую покупать там билеты , сейчас размещу во всех соцсетях посты , приложу все наши исходящие письма и звонки без ответов как доказательство . Есть возможность связаться с туроператорами которых я тоже предупрежу о возможных 100% проблемах .

Beatrice, our apologies for the long hold times, we have been experiencing heavier than normal calls. I would like to point out that our website states you can cancel within 24 hours and receive a refund, but we do mention there is a processing fee. Very sorry that this was over looked causing some confusion on our policies. But we did contact you with a request for a new credit card so that we can refund you the cancel fee, as of now, we have not heard back from you.
