If I could leave zero stars I would. They cancelled our reservation without letting us know for our flight TONIGHT! We had to scramble to book another flight because we are going on a cruise. I will never use this site again. I better get my money back on this. Assholes!!!!

Bait and switch scammers. My sister booked a flight and then they claimed there wasn't any seats available at that price she was quoted. She called in to talk to someone and they said they would refund her money, needed her credit card information to do so which she questioned. She ended up giving them her information and then they charged her another $177 to book the flight! They flat out lied to her. She called in again and they said no refunds. She ended up calling United and they were able to confirm she had a seat booked. Cheapflights kept threatening her saying they will cancel the ticket if she doesn't pay more. United put a watch on her ticket so they can't cancel it since she did pay for it. These people are pathetic and ruthless and tried to take advantage of a senior citizen. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPFLIGHTS! FYI, they are a subsidiary of KAYAK, wouldn't use them either. So far she has been able to get her two flights today so thank you United for stepping up and protecting their customers! Hopefully it will be the same when she needs to return home.

Don't use website to book a flight; after booking my flight i got a call and it was over book and i had to pay more to rebook. few days before my flight it was canceled. this caused a lot of problems. but that wasn't the bad part. their customer service stole my personal information and was trying to scam me by downloading a third-party app.

When booking through Cheapflights, the seats you choose are NOT honored by the airline because they offer fares that do not allow for seat assignments prior to 24 hours before your flight. This is VERY MISLEADING. Cheapflights should let customers know that in order to get the lower fare, you will not have a seat assignments until you checkin with the airline 24 hours before your flight. They should not show the seat selector, nor charge you for seat assignments because the are NOT honored by the airline. They said they would refund the money I paid for the seat assignments for our honeymoon flight when we discovered we could not sit together on our honeymoon flight to Japan, but they have NOT issued the refund. Had I known I could not choose seats, I would have paid more and booked directly with the airline. Cheapflights is FRAUDULENT.

I scheduled my flight, made my payment, received a call for their error and was asked for more money and gave it to them. Months went past and then received cancelation. Cheap flights put the blame on the airline over booking the flight. Now trying to get money back.

DHFlights is a scam!!!!!
Please do not fall in their trap.
They made me pay for a return ticket and when I went to the airport, my ticket was not valid. They asked me yo buy another ticket and they will refund me thd ticket, instead of refunding me, they took more money from me. I had yo inform my bank & fraud department.

Oferecem preços baratos, recebem o pagamento na hora e não mandam as passagens, apenas uma reserva NÃO GARANTIDA, onde dizem que enviarão os tickets em 48h e ao invés disso, ligam depois de dias, dizendo que não têm disponibilidade para aqueles acentos e querem te cobrar uma classe executiva. Você liga lá e não consegue entender uma palavra do inglês de seus funcionários devido aos sotaques extremamente difíceis de se compreender. Fujam desses picaretas.

Horrible company, a complete scam!!! Unfortunately, I fell for their bullshit scam of bait and switch. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase any tickets from them. I hope that my credit card company can get me my money back.

STAY AWAY!!!…. Another scam website through third party they link you to… the search engine sends you to big scamming websites like fareodaddy.com which is a clearly scamming website

Ordered 2 round-trip tickets. Money removed from my account. A few days later received an email stating Cheapflights canceled our tickets "because the airline raised the price". "You should receive a refund in 3-5 d". Over 1 month later no refund. Unable to reach the company. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They couldn't reach the co either. I'm out the money. Scam.

My husband and I booked a round trip flight in August for our trip in October. We were charged $850. When we called American Airlines a week before our trip we were informed that CheapFlights canceled our flight. They never informed us! After MULTIPLE calls we someone finally answered and said there was a mistake and sent a link to a company called Affirm to verify our identifies with pictures of our drivers licenses and a selfie of our faces. Then they charged us an additional $170 which they said would be refunded after our flight. They said we'd receive a new confirmation in 24 hours which we never did. So we canceled the flight with them demanded a refund and booked a flight through the airlines. A few days later we received an email stating we were being charged $692 for a loan through Affirm that we never took out! CheapFlights has not refunded our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They just got me😡 Two days before our flight leaves and we are out the 770.00 and must drive 9 hours to catch our cruise ship. They have hung up on me four times after I’ve called 100+ times just to listen to music and then sent to a voicemail link. They promise my refund is coming but after reading all these comments I know I have been scammed. Never again

I wish I could give 0 stars- a total scam. We never received e-tickets and were getting concerned because the confirmation number we received was not valid through the airline company.
We reserved tickets almost 2 months in advance- now have to pay 4 times the amount.

They take your money then cancel on you a day before the flight!! They blamed the airline and it wasn’t them!! Horrible experience. The price was then doubled and they do not care!! I would have given them negative stars if possible!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

If I could give it negative stars I would. We bought and were charged $768 for tx to Boston. On a routine follow-up as we are nearing our trip date, we learned that the airline cancelled our seats...because Cheapflights did not pay the airline. Dozens of calls to Cheapflights yielded recorded messages about "technical difficulties" so we had no choice but to buy a new set of tickets that cost us $1900 in addition to the $768 that we were f***ed out of by these SOB's.

Scam!! Scam!!! Sacm!!! 🚩🚩🚩run away from Cheapflights as far as you can!!! NEVER EVER book anything from them!!! They charge your card, take your money and send fake reservations which are empty!! Thank God I called the airline to confirm my flight( which was not confirmed, ofc). Otherwise I would go to airport with my elderly parents and three kids and be turned away right at the gate….. it is soooo low and disgraceful…. Cheapflights- liars and cheaters…..

Scam. After a few clicks, the prices are more than double. Dont waste your time.
