Hello Veebika, thank you for your response. We apologize for the miscommunication. As per your appointment, you were only charged for an extra box of perm, not color due to the density of your hair. we do not have an option for this in our system hence why we chose the "extra color" option which is the same price-$15; if you would like another further breakdown of your service we will happily do so over phone or in store face to face follow up. thank you again for your support.
