Excellent Service and Friendly Staff
First off, I didn’t have an appointment and the salon was incredible and was able to fit me in for a haircut. The stylist was very friendly and did exactly as I wanted. I am happy and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family

My cut ended up too short
My cut ended up too short, and is not really the shape I was looking for. The stylist cut didn’t really try to engage with me and didn’t really even try to ask how I liked it as she was cutting. It was so fast that it really didn’t feel like an experience, if that makes sense. I don’t hate it. But I def don’t love it either. I quite like Chatters, but will try a different stylist next time.

Walked in and asked for a haircut
Walked in and asked for a haircut, Shelly-Ann was very customer focused and immediately was able to cut my hair. Shelly-Ann was professional and very good!! Highly recommend her! Great haircut and experience!

My stylist was amazing and needed little description as to what is wanted. He went to work right away giving me the best haircut that I have received yet. I absolutely love it and I will definitely go back to James C again.
