I always feel happy walking into Chatters Westgate. The staff and space are welcoming. Shout out to Hisham. He takes great control over my hair! I left with a Fall colour refresh!

I booked my 91 year old mother in for a cut and style for her grandsons wedding on Saturday August 24th. While her cut was okay it was not styled and looked terrible. I was very disappointed...as was she!

The stylist was fine but the salon…
The stylist was fine but the salon itself presents as quite dirty. There was other people’s hair all over the floor upstairs in the salon section that I had to walk on. I had to rest my head on the neck area for the sink where other people’s hair was still visible including hair on the neck rest. The salon and associate were nice, but there just seemed to be a lack of cleanliness. This may not bother everyone, and I might be extra sensitive though. The associate was also friendly and able to recommend products and information. The salon itself just presents as quite dirty to me.
