I always feel happy walking into Chatters Westgate. The staff and space are welcoming. Shout out to Hisham. He takes great control over my hair! I left with a Fall colour refresh!

I gave the information for the color I wanted. I didn't get what I asked for. I was very disappointed! It cost me 240 to get my hair doen there. I had to go another place to get what I wanted else to get what I asked for. Unacceptable. I firmly believe if a costumer asked for something they should get what they ask for and not what the person doing your hair thinks looks better. I went in with blonde hair with grey they I wanted covered up. I left looking like I skunk. My roots were colored black and the blonde was colored brown

Really great
Really great. My daughter went in for cut, foils and color and came out looking just like the picture of what she asked for and the color is still bright a week later .. feeling good it will last longer still. And they gave us a little discount knowing it was for her birthday.. friendly and professional and got exactly what we asked for.

Bang trim with Alisha
Had Alisha today. I just walked in for a bang trim (I can see again and she did a great job) She was welcoming and so nice. Thanks again for taking me in for a quick bang trim.

Amazing experience

I found the booking of the appointment easy and respectful as well as reception to be genuine in their interest in me. Mostly I found Steve to not only be fantastic at doing my hair but at talking to me and getting a firm idea on what I want even when I said I didn’t know lol Definitely 5 stars.

Great Job!
My son got his mullet (his pride and joy) touched trimmed & designs on the sides. He is very particular & has had the same barber for well over 4 years. We took a chance calling in for a last minute appointment with an unknown stylist. He left feeling happy & got lots of compliments from the baseball teammates/friends shortly after. The stylist who did my son’s haircut was great with him & asked for assistance from his coworker to make sure his lightning bolt and jersey number were perfect. Great job!

Amazing with color
I wanted a new color to cover my whites. The man that did my hair helped me pick a color that matched my eyes and I think it looks amazing. He was so helpful and I have told everyone to see him.

Literally the worst haircut I've ever…
Literally the worst haircut I've ever recieved. Not what I asked for and took off several inches to many on the sides of my hair. It's choppy and terrible. I have no idea how to salvage this other then waiting for it to grow.
