Excellent Service!
Every step from booking the charter bus to the driving service on the event day was truly excellent. I was nervous about it all, from our complicated shuttle schedule to having curb space for the huge bus on each trip. But our driver, Herschel, was very pleasant, calm, and confident which made the whole experience nice and easy. I’m very grateful to him and CharterUp for helping us execute a successful event!

Mixed experience.
I had booked buses for two different days. The second day was great. The first day, the bus had no AC, and the driver was terrible. I eventually got a $350 refund but honestly that was not enough for having NO AC in August in NC.

CharterUp was great! The service was very easy to use and communication was a breeze.
My only complaint was that the bus driver on our bus was not the nicest and was a bit rude to our team.
This was nothing to do with CharterUp but wanted to flag that.
