Love working with Eric Z. in the support group he has a lot of patience and helps me battle for the best option for our group. I can always count on the busses they arrange for us.

The booking process was easy. Communication was frequent and effective. Very easy process to follow. Online tool was also easy to use. Would not hesitate to use again.

The bus showed up a bit early which was great and when the show was over the driver was able to find a parking spot close enough to us so that we could find him easy enough in Boston. The only downer is that we asked for a bathroom break about half way there and had to wait until we got to the event. I didn't hold that against our driver because he did everything else to the tee. Thanks for getting my family and friends there and back safely! Would do it again and will request the same driver if possible.

ShunJia 646-301-1386, left the venue without the bride, groom, myself and about 12 other people. When I called and asked if he had room on his bus, which he did (I found out his bus was not full), we got I'm hoping disconnected and that he didn't hang up on me. He told one of our guests that he was leaving when she asked if she could go back inside to get her shoes. She was wearing the flip flops we supplied for our guests. He also had an issue with guests who wanted to leave early. I have booked your company again in June 2027 I do Not want him.

ZhuJie 917-200-4211, was great very professional, kibd and friendly. He actually helped people on and off the bus by extending his hand.
When I called him to let him know that about 15 people including myself, bride and groom he turned the bus around and came back for us.

I did send a review on my experience a few smdays ago but I almost positive I mixed up the names on the bus drivers but I checked by phone to make sure I am giving the right review to the right person

Excellent Service. Will use for future events

I booked a coach bus for my organization's wine tour months in advance, paid a deposit to reserve the date, and thought everything was fine. Then, two weeks before our trip, I got an email stating that the bus company we selected was suddenly unavailable, so our only option was to cancel or pay 2,000 additional dollars for a different provider. This is double our original agreed-upon price. We tried to work something out, but they insisted nothing could be done and that they had the right to cancel the day of if they wanted to. Absolutely do not trust this company if you want a guaranteed smooth experience; they will screw you over and price gouge!!!

Communication on the day of was great! We were informed via text messages when drivers arrived. The buses were clean and on time.

The bus was clean the driver friendly and accommodating. The ride was safe.
