Great to deal with to organize the tip. Able to accommodate a change to the departure time within 36 hours of departure.

Everything went as promised, it was just perfect!

Our bus ride was blessed. Mark Huizhuang W. our bus driver was chosen by God to drive for us. He truly was amazing polite and very helpful he did his job and beyond so thankful to God for him.When we decide to go on a trip again we would definitely request Mark again. As far as the bus company itself I would use them again booking process and customer service was awesome thank you so much. May God continue to bless you all.

Customer service was excellent and responded quickly. The booking process was very easy to follow. The bus was just as described, clean, bathroom functioning, ac. The bus driver was an absolute delight as well!

Driver was early and easy to communicate with

We used Charter Up for our daughter's wedding guests. Our driver was kind, courteous and on time! I would definitely call them again.

The bus was immaculate, the driver was extremely courteous and accommodating, the ride felt very safe.

Our driver was great. On time and courteous. The only downfall is I did not see an option to tip the driver in my trip details. I also sent a message to your customer service and never received details about how to tip.

Joe our bus driver was great, very friendly, professional and personal-able.
However the bus TV’s did not work, nor did the Bluetooth to listen to music. We also were never provided the Wi Fi. This was very disappointing given the contract did state those amenities came with the bus.
Especially given the cost.

Everything was perfect. Nothing could have been better for our staff and youth players. The bus was on time, clean and the driveway very good. I will definitely book again

Our entire group (combined bach & bachelorette) had such a blast on the bus to the catamaran. The bus was early, and got us to where we needed to be on time. James was very accommodating! Would definitely book again!

So many details from our trip went wrong. Customer service “Investigstion” to my several claims, were condescending and one sided. I will never book with Charter Up in the future again.

From booking, to rescheduling stops at various hotels. The whole team was very accommodating. Having everything included in the fee made managing a wedding day a little easier. I didn't ride the bus myself but received numerous complaints about the driver and whole pick up and return process. Would highly recommend this bus company.

Amazing and professional

We chartered service for a conference. The communication leading up to our event was clear and consistent. The bus was clean, our driver was prompt and friendly. Nothing by good things to say about our experience. Thank you!

The best part of the trip was our driver Anthony. He was so nice, helpful and reliable. He even text me when a member of our party left his phone on the bus, so that we wouldn't be concerned. He held it in safe keeping until we re-boarded later. We would definitely travel with him again! Overall, it was very easy to book and I received good communication throughout the entire process. Every one I spoke with during the booking/payment process was friendly and helpful. The bus was clean and nice. We didn't have a single complaint.
