Charlecote Estates Recensioni

Great customer service, quick turnaround and competitively priced. Would certainly recommend.

Organised, useful insight into the property I am buying and fair price.

Extremely happy with the report I received and the availability of the surveyor to answer any questions that arose.
The survey was very thorough and included photos of areas of concern which was very helpful.
Speedy turn around time, James phoned me following the survey and advised me of his findings, the full report was available to download that evening.
I would highly recommend this company.

I was happy with James' turnaround with arranging and carrying out my home buyers report. The report was detailed, and gave me confidence in proceeding with my purchase. James was also happy for me to call him after I had time to read the report, helping me to clarify some points.

Really good service. James answered really quick to our request and the report was faultless, with thorough explanations and detailed photos . He even called us to provide a summary of the report and answered all of our questions promptly. Would recommend him with no doubt.

Good communication and quick with report probably saved a fortune on buying somewhere that needed major work we had not seen.

Very thorough report, delivered to us less than 24 hours after the survey was carried out. Very impressive.

Excellent and very prompt, friendly and professional service

James was very prompt at every stage from completing the survey to giving feedback on the feedback on the same day to sending us the completed report.
The homebuyers report was very thorough and James responded to questions that arose from it very helpfully. His availability to answer further questions was reassuring as we negotiated our way through the home buying process.

Received through the very detailed report complete with very helpful photographs, the same day as the survey was done. I rang the following day and received satisfactory answers to all my questions..

Prompt courteous and reliable service was received.

James was extremely responsive and helpful when asking questions before the survey, called immediately afterwards to provide a summary of the important aspects, delivered an extremely detailed and clear Homebuyers Report with photos, and also answered questions after this had been delivered. Highly recommended.

Very professional service that I would recommend.

James was great, he kept us informed throughout the process. He turned the report around quickly and gave us the chance to ask any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone looking for a survey. In fact I have already recommended him to my daughter.
