Charlecote Estates Recensioni

James was extremely thorough.

His report clearly categorised items from 1 (no action) to 3 (short term action recommended), estimating likely costs in each case.

He was friendly and professional throughout, including a debriefing Teams meeting to discuss/clarify the report.

I won't hesitate to use Charlecote Estates again.

I instructed James at Charlecote, and the service he provided was outstanding. The task was completed promptly, and the report delivered was exceptionally thorough. The level 2 report played a crucial role in facilitating my property purchase, highlighting various important elements. I highly recommend James and the entire Charlecote team over other surveyors.

Detailed report,

In the end it was the level of detail and possible consequences of the issues found. It cost me £1275 for the survey but saved me at least 10 times in fixing the issues.
From the outset James was polite, explained what he would do and gave me a timescale. In reality it was much shorter than indicated. Great value for money.

Quick, very detailed and follow up questions answered clearly. I was impressed and would use again if needed.

James's level of detail in his surveys is outstanding, detailing all defects including photos. James is also very quick to have the survey back to you, in my case it was the same day. James also followed up with a call to go through the report and help understand any areas of concern. You are spending your hard earnings on the largest purchase of your life, don't scrimp on the survey which could save you money in renegotiation of price or in some cases, pulling out completely due to the many defect and associated costs, as in my case recently.

Very professional survey but did not see any thing on your app to obtain a discount that mentioned in your earlier emails

Undertook a survey for us on a property purchase and the report was very thorough, sent the very day the survey was completed and a follow up call was made to discuss, couldn’t ask for more

Their level of thoroughness was truly commendable, ensuring every nook and cranny of the property was meticulously assessed. What stood out even more was their remarkable speed in delivering the final report. I was called the same day to give me a brief overview of the report and the report itself was given to me the next day. The report itself was clear, detailed, and accompanied by practical recommendations, making the decision-making process a breeze. This surveyor's strong communication makes them a top-notch professional in their field. I recommend their services, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Excellent timely report with more information than we were expecting. Very useful, competitively priced. Would use again.

James explained the process and really listened to my long list of enquiries. The survey and report was incredibly quick and I also had a comprehensive phone call to discuss main findings. Survey was incredibly thorough and enabled us to make an informed choice on whether to proceed with the purchase. Highly recommend to use James if you want a reliable expert commentary on the property and repairs needed. I certainly will be using James again. Especially knowing I’m in really good hands.

They are very responsive - they get back to you promptly, and they do their best to be flexible and meet your requirements. They are straightforward to work with.

A thorough and comprehensive report on our property purchase was provided in a timely manner by our surveyor. Friendly and professional service, highly recommended!

Quick, friendly service with a great report produced at the end which was helpful for us in making some decisions. Would highly recommend.

Charlecote Estates provided a detailed report very shortly after conducting the survey and also took time to explain the main findings over the phone and answer all our questions very helpfully. I would happily recommend them for a home buyer's survey.

Great service. The Level 2 Home Buyers survey was received very quickly after the survey and was clear and thorough. There was also plenty of opportunity to discuss the survey with James.

Well presented pictures, in-depth and clear descriptions on each section. Called after survey to summarise and advise on any concerns or problems to look out for in the near future.
Would use again for sure.

Prompt report, easy to understand, good follow up phone call.

Prompt, reliable and very efficient service. Could not fault them. Friendly and very quick
