Reliable and very professional Highly recommended

Excellent service from start to finish, I would definitely recommend!

I found Charlecote Estates very good to work with. Very quick to do survey. Survey Report was comprehensive with photographs to help assess survey results

Very prompt service, we would certainly recommend.

Found James very helpful and informative. Great communication and very thorough!

We were on a tight schedule and the team managed to fit us in within our time frame and provided excellent service. Quick response

Very thorough. The survey report consisted of detailed findings and the use of pictures.
Layout of report was easily accessible and included helpful tips. Also extended his service by answering some questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

A comprehensive and timely survey was followed swiftly by a phone call covering the essential aspects and shortfalls. This was wrapped up in a clear and unequivocal Homebuyers Report that allowed justifiable and evidenced renegotiation of the asking price. This is our second survey conducted by Charlecote Estates and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Competitive quote and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Good use of photographs.

I chose Charlecote for a homebuyers survey based upon reviews and was not disappointed.
Extremely well presented survey with clear details and photos - would recommend.

Very pro-active, prompt survey, with brief telephone report same day. Fully typed, in depth, report (complete with numerous pictures) received within 24hrs of survey.
Excellent: Highly recommend James Clever an his team

I highly recommend Charlecote Estates for a Homebuyers Report. James was able to fit in our survey at very short notice and the result was a very thorough, detailed report, including colour pictures, in a very quick turnaround time. James called on the day of the report to discuss his findings and also spoke with us at length after we had read the full report to answer our questions and explain it further.
A very professional and efficient service that I would happily recommend.

We were able to get our survey completed very quickly. The report was sent through swiftly, considering it was the weekend.

The survey itself was of a high standard.

We would definitely recommend!

Quick response, detailed survey, open and useful conversation after the survey to put it into context. Survey report well laid out. Perhaps spend a moment more to get the spelling right, but otherwise excellent.

Excellent and efficient service, had the survey done and paperwork sent across within a few hours - thank you!

James was very helpful every time we contacted him and we received our thorough survey back really quickly. We would definitely recommend.

James is an expert on his area. He explained the survey result to us verbally and also prepared a detailed, easy to understand report. He also answered our phone calls to ask his advice about some issues such as wall repairing, possible noise and traffic problem caused by the school near of the house.

Phoned straight after the survey to tell me about it
Then a written copy the following day

Very professional service provided.

Excellent customer service

Professional, excellent communication, moved their diary around to suit our tight time frame and provided a verbal and written report on the day of the survey, an excellent customer service experience.
