Charlecote Estates Recensioni

James provided an overview of the findings on the day of the survey which I was grateful for, and the report was clear and easy to understand. Would recommend. Thank you

Very straight forward & professional process from initial inquiry to receiving survey report within a few days from the actual survey date. Would recommend.

James was exactly as other reviewers had advertised. Knowledgeable, and thorough, and responded to all email and telephone communication promptly and delivered a detailed survey which I used to negotiate my house purchase with. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Fantastic report, really happy with the service they provided.

Timely and detailed report. Thank-you.

Had to find a surveyor online as we are remote from the area we are moving to. Charlecote responded promptly to my initial enquiry. The survey happened on the date agreed, and I had a detailed survey sent to me by close of business the same day, as well as a phone call to go over the main points. Excellent service. Happy to recommend.

Comprehensive surveys and easy to understand reports. Got a phone call the day of the survey to discuss the findings, and the report was easy to follow with plenty of description, photos and what to do. Unfortunately our first property purchase fell through, we used Charlecote again on the next property as we had such a good service the first time around. Would 100% recommend, fab surveyors.

Very thorough survey. Prevented me from making a big mistake.

We recently had a survey carried out on the property we are buying. Charlecote Estates were both prompt and professional. The survey was very thorough and all points were made clear. The important points from the survey were explained to us and they were very helpful. Thank you.

Despite several times having to be rescheduled- due to us not the company - very quick and efficient service and a top quality report generated.

James cleaver not only did a thorough survey, he rang me the same day to report back and then emailed a really professional and fully explained detailed survey. I would definitely recommend this company

Very comprehensive survey and completed very quickly.

From the time I called them everything went smoothly. Our property was vacant so I was given a date but they even managed to squeeze our survey in earlier than planned. They called me after the survey with findings and then forwarded email. Definitely use this company again.

Very efficient at coming back to me, quick turnaround in getting the survey done. No hassle online forms and payment. Super quick, effective service and support. Thank you.

Extremely professional, fast service and very thorough. Fantastic report that was easy to understand and very helpful over the phone. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Many thanks

James did a great job fitting our survey in. Knowing that we were in a bit of a hurry. He also got the survey over to us extremely quickly which was a huge help. He called to discuss the survey funding and explained it all to us and we were very happy with the survey format. Would definitely recommend.

I’d definitely recommend Charlecote to anyone looking for a surveyor. Their survey and, easy to understand talk through, helped my sister and I out immensely, fully opening our eyes to what we were getting ourselves into, directing our attention to what jobs we needed to get quotes for. Money well spent, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Thanks very much.

James Cleaver was helpful, timings of our survey and report were very efficient and we were able to discuss the report and receive helpful advice.Definitely a good choice of Surveyor. Thanks!

James was very helpful and responsive. He provided helpful information about the various services offered and was able to accommodate my rather tight timeline too.
