Charlecote Estates Recensioni

The Valuer was prompt and courteous and the report was available in 24 hours.
After going through the report I consider it a fair reflection of my property.

Excellent service. Prompt appointment. Thorough report back within 24 hours. Survey itself carried out very professionally with time for questions and advice. The only reason have not given 5 stars is that I am not in a position to pass comment on all report findings or recommendations until further surveys complete.

Brilliant service, James is thorough, efficient and the report detailed and easy to digest. We’ve used Charlecole Estates twice now over the years to survey two properties and on both occasions James has been readily available via phone and email to summarise the report and help with any questions. Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service. Communication was very good and the report was delivered promptly.

Prompt and quick response. Had survey and report in a day. Was very responsive to questions about the report. Worth the money as well.

Exceptionally professional and courteous, James, thank you for your detailed analysis and recommendations, which helped us tremendously in making the right decisions. Keep up your stellar work! Thank you very much

Charlecote Estates provided an in depth review of the property surveyed and highlighted the issues that came with the property to the extent where I have decided it might not be worth going through with the purchase. There were plenty of after survey questions which have been addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend the surveyor and may need another survey done on another property should I pull out of this one and find another one.

Efficient, quick and helpful

Charlecote carried out a home buyers report for us and gave us a very descriptive list of things we may need to monitor in the future. Would highly recommend

Excellent service. James is very helpful and clear with his findings and his advice. The report was clear and comprehensive. I didnt need to follow up with any questions as the sale fell through but i'm sure James would have been willing to deal with any further requests for information.
I will be using Charlecore Estates for my next survey.

Another very detailed survey. James called up to discuss the results on the day and the written report followed later the same day. We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him.

Very informative, friendly and responsive service. Good quality report provided the same day.

Many thanks for the professional approach, efficient and comprehensive report and the time taken to answer any queries. First class service! Thank you

The survey itself was great. Really good level of detail and points to consider. Friendly service.
My only challenge was communication to arrange a date. May have just been holidays but was a bit of a challenge.

Comprehensive and informative, it provided a good basis for positive discussions with the owners last week. Content and recommendations agreed. Copied to our solicitor for information.

The sewage treatment plant is an anaerobic digester, not a septic tank; and requested comment on ground water flooding was not included, but discussed later by phone.

Suggested important inclusion is age of boiler in a 20 year old house. This was 6 year.

Charlecote Estates conducted an excellent RICS Homebuyers Survey for my prospective purchase. The report was clear, concise and covered every area in great detail. The surveyor was excellent- and communicated clearly with me prior to, during, and after the survey. I would not hesitate to use their services again; and I highly recommend Charlecote Estates.

James is very professional and reliable, I have got a call from him at 6:30pm on the same day after the survey and clearly explained the problems and suggested actions, I called him again 2 weeks later for further questions and clarifications, he is still very patient and helpful to discuss. Highly recommended for the smooth transaction.

We got good informative phonecalls before and after the survey. It was very good to talk through the salient points. The report was easily understandable and we received it promptly the next day.

Very thorough and timely report.
Very responsive surveyor.
