Ordered a pair of Burberry shorts , although the shape didn’t suit me . The shorts were an amazing price and 100% authentic . I was disappointed they didn’t suit me . Spoke with George , he agreed for me to return for a refund. Great customer service 👍

Purchased an item on next day delivery, Still waiting for the item to be dispatched to the courier 7 days later, the reason due to Easter and have been told to have a little more patience. Issue has now been resolved with replacement being sent Thank you.

Got a cream coloured Ami t shirt (red heart) delivered today. Fantastic product at the cheapest price I’ve been able to find online.

I also must shout out George for the fantastic and responsive customer service. Long story short, I ordered an XL but got a bit confused about sizing thinking it may be too small for me. George responded very quickly to my query, checked the sizing on the XL and turns out it was the perfect size for me after all! I will absolutely be a returning customer!

I purchased an item and selected next working day delivery, as I needed it for an event. Although my order was completed, it was not dispatched for quite some time.

I contacted the Customer Service team, and they responded quickly with a clear explanation of the delay. Unfortunately, since the item was required by a specific date, it became clear that it would not arrive in time. I therefore requested a cancellation and a full refund.

The Customer Service team handled my case professionally and proceeded with cancelling the order and issuing a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, with all associated fees waived.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service provided. Special thanks to George for taking care of my enquiry so efficiently.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered shorts internationally (shipped to Malaysia) and the sizing was completely off. They agreed to one exchange, but even the XXL did not fit properly.
I offered to send the shorts back again at my own cost and pay all additional shipping, customs, and handling fees to exchange for two different items that would fit — but they refused.
They also do not offer refunds on international orders, which leaves you completely stuck if sizing doesn’t work out.
For an online retailer selling premium brands, the after-sales support is extremely inflexible. Be very careful ordering internationally, especially with sizing.
