Items received promptly but poor customer service
Items received promptly, but small braided rug arrived folded not rolled. After 10 days it was still creased and I was advised to iron it with a wet towel. Given I don't own an iron and the rug was nearly £50 and doormat sized I thought this a bit much. I am still peeved that I had to cough up the return postage

I was a 1st time customer and registered for 1st purchase 10% discount. However the code did not arrive by email until sometime after I had to place the order, so I paid full price which was disappointing.
I wrote to request that it be applied retrospectively but sadly I never got a reply!
