Beautiful, unusual designs, even better than advertised. The product was very well wrapped and delivered promptly.

Brilliant service, placed my first order on Christmas Day and it arrived a few days later. I was kept updated with tracking details. I’m very pleased with the fairy lights. I would definitely order from Chalk Interiors again.

My order turned up missing the one item I really needed and I was just given a refund with no explanation. The other products were not the size I expected and the lights looked cheap . Thoroughly disappointed , terrible communication and they shouldn’t let you order products that’s aren’t in stock. I feel ripped off

Good website. Plenty of pictures of product, nice to see the gold detail of the trivet on a close up shot. Lots of delivery eta updates. Very well packaged, the box seemed a bit excessive for the size of the item but fundamentally it wasn't broken. It arrived within a few days and looked much better in real life. Beautifully decorated and seems well made. Very happy with purchase. I would shop there again.

I ordered two expensive Pure New Wool throws from them in July for our new caravan. The throws are only used 2-3 days a month and by the beginning of September they had lumps coming off the top, severe balling, long strands of the fibres coming off on every they came in contact with and just looked old and worn. Not what you would expect from a Pure New Wool product. I emailed Chalk Interiors customer service only to be informed that in their opinion this was normal and they sent me a set of care instructions which involved combing/brushing the throws. Firstly the instructions where not included on in the information about the throws on their website and secondly I have had Pure New Wool throws many times in the past but have never had to ‘brush’ them nor have they gone like these. I have emailed them twice since and they have failed to reply, just ignoring me. Just rude. Very poor service, poor quality product and will never use them again.
