Another great experience
I’ve worked with Giles on a number of occasions over the years. Once again, we’ve had a great experience. Professional, knowledgeable and really friendly service from him and the rest of the team. We got a call following the survey and a very user friendly report the next day. Really helps to take some of the stress out of buying a house!

Professional, friendly and speedy service
Giles has recently carried out a survey on the house I am hoping to buy. From the first enquiry to the Certus office I knew that this would be a good experience. Both Giles and Steph were professional, patient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long for the survey to be done and I received the very comprehensible report extremely quickly along with the assurance that Giles would be happy to answer any questions I might have. I would definitely recommend Certus, especially perhaps for those of us who might feel a little nervous about the whole process.

2 High quality professional surveys
We have used Giles Cooper for two surveys now and he provided both times an indepth yet accessible report of the property's being purchased. The reports allowed us to really evaluate areas of the properties that required further scrutiny, which resulted in the highlighting of a property aspect that could have cost thousands if not flagged. The overall report, while comprehensive, also comes with a phonecall discussion to introduce you to your intended property, as well as then offering follow up calls should any further qustions be needed answered. We would highly recommend.

First Class Certus Service.
Absolutely excellent service - nothing to fault. Giles telephoned me on the same day that he had completed the survey to give us some verbal feedback before he completed a comprehensive report of our purchase property. After we'd read it through, there were some points on which we needed further explanation to help our layperson's understanding. Giles quickly responded to any phonecalls or messages. His clear analysis meant we were able to make some well-informed decisions.
We wholeheartedly recommend Certus.

I have just instructed Giles Cooper for the third time. He's the building surveyor and valuer you want on your side, to do a balanced and fair buyers report and valuation. Well experienced, an eye for detail and has a very pragmatic outlook. Wouldn't trust this to anyone else.
