The very worst kind of scam and even worse, it was advertised on Google with a long sob story about an elderly man who made houses for hedgehogs. It described in detail about how these houses were built to protect the hedgehog over winter. The whole thing was a crock of shit and what arrived no way resembled anything like what was described. I’m so sick of these scams. Decent people trying to do a good thing and being ripped off by scamming bastards. I will never buy anything again without checking reviews for every company 🤬

Please do not buy from this company. It's a complete scam. I ordered the lady bird bath, it is not made of bronze but resin and extremely small. A black bird is bigger than this bird bath. They want me to send it back but I'm not going to as I'll never get my money back from them. Thank god I payed with PayPal.

Do not order from them it's a scam they pretend to sell hand made items like a bird bath or butterfly house they send an item which is not what you ordered when you contact them they then offer 25 percent back or you have to paid to send it back to Hong Kong do not accept either bypass them and talk to your bank who may be able to get your money back

The advertised item was suppose to be a 20” lady bird bath arrived a plastic fake at 5” high the advert said a lot of fake news, THIS IS A SCAM WITH FAKE GOODS AVIOD keep your money in your pocket. This item says made in shropshire but if you can return to Hong Kong you pay the postage.

Don't buy anything ..its a scam ...they send you a miniature item made of plastic ..report to action fraud ...

This is a scam! They are advertising goods eg birdhouses, hedgehog protections, plus many other items supposedly handmade, carved etc by elderly craft men and women with a few original items to be sold before they retire. They are not artisans they are thieves on a grand scale. This should be investigated urgently!!

Deceptive and well organized scam, mass produced not hand made in the UK , total rip off

Complete and Utter FRAUD COMPANY STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM. advertised a hand carved wooden bird box, when it eventually arrived after over three weeks, it was a plastic replica. Emails sent requesting a refund and returns postal label no response. The issue has now been put in the hands of my credit card provider for a claim back on the purchase.

Scam! I bought Ted's hedgehog house for over £90 after falling for some AI generated rubbish. It finally arrived after a couple of weeks. The quality is at best poor, and is nothing like the advert suggested. The label under my address label shows it originates in China. The "handmade" (supposedly by Ted Bramwell of Clun, Shropshire) Hedgehog house is meant to have a baffle plate behind the entrance, I'm baffled why it hasn't been fitted to mine! The roof is full of more holes than Ted's back story. It's absolutely rubbish. Far from the lovingly crafted item suggested in the advert. There is a nice window for the soaking wet hedgehogs to look out of. I'm sure they'll be delighted. Avoid Cedar and Tin at all cost.

The item I received was not as described and very poor quality, they said it was made in the UK but was posted from china, avoid at all costs.

I originally wrote a scathing review because the item never arrived, though they said more than once that it would be with me soon. When read the Trustpilot reviews, I thought, "I've been scammed" and so wrote a review saying they were criminals and scammed. (I don't know where that review went — I can't see it.)

However, it arrived yesterday and it seems exactly as advertised: entirely made of lapped larch wood. It feels pretty strong, too. I cannot give them 5 stars because it arrived so late.

I must say that my experience doesn't chime with others' who have (as I thought I did originally), left very negative reviews. My guess is that they've had an unusually positive result from their advert and so have been overwhelmed by the number of orders.

I was stupidly taken in by this ROGUE company, who have basically 'stolen' my money by a totally misleading, Fake website..
£71 from my account, no acknowledgement. THIEVES.
I now realise they are based in Hong Kong with possibly a back street office somewhere in England.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEVING SETUP.

I purchased a rucksack purporting to be made by a Leeds craftsman whose lease is expiring and whose arthritis is crippling him.
Very convincing but total AI fabrication.
I was taken in completely and should have checked this site first.
Can't believe I fell for this, how these people can live with themselves I don't know.
I can say after 4 days I received a refund from the company for the purchase price but not the "tip" to help the non existent craftsman.

Only got one star because I couldn’t give it nil. Absolute disgrace. Bought a bird box, claimed to be carved out of a single piece of wood, no joins, no glue. Appeared to be an English company. What arrived was plastic, with clear joins and visible glue . I immediately contacted the company and said I wanted a refund. They said they were happy to take it back at my expense for shipping. To HONG KONG! Alternatively, I could keep it and get a 25% refund. I’m absolutely livid, and so disappointed. The whole advert is a complete misrepresentation

Noticed that the return address is China when goods are hand made in somerset. AI search confirms that is all a scam. Asked for a refund within hours of purchase but told I need to return the item to Hong Kong at my expense.

Keep spamming me, people seem to be disappointed in their products (understatement ) the adverts look like Ai generated rubbish to me , It would be good if people could post pictures of what they actually received versus the pictures. The product you receive will probably end up on Vinted at a knock down price, the videos look Ai generated too and now they've started popping up on my YouTube too, wish they'd go away.

This scheming lying company also operate under 'Back yard Goods'...
and will no doubt operate under another colourful title as well along the way...
Their websites are done beautifully with great storylines and beautiful photos but when you look you can see it's all AI. There is no Betty or Nell living in some lovely rural part of England. It's all cheap and utter tack from China. Shame and more shame on them..
Heavenly God let us pray that these scheming, lying, repugnant filthy theives don't somehow, by complete default get run down by a juggernaut...
