I had a small concern which was really a clarification. Cedar and Zen got right back to me tips on how to use the product. Very prompt and kind. Rare in today's world.

Can I put zero stars???? I ordered their kit and an extra herb bag. Received an email that my order was shipped, along with a tracking number. Claimed my entire order was being shipped. Received the order and no kit!! Just the bag of herbs. Now I'm trying to chase down a refund! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been having so much fun with my Cedar and Zen aroma therapy kit.
I have been following the Healing Guide included which gives me the confidence to play around with different combinations of herbs.
I’ve even opened up and used my herbs from tea bags that I haven’t been drinking lately, lol.
Communication has been wonderful and very helpful with quick responses.

First I could not have been more pleased with the beautifully crafted burner kit.
Then when I accidentally chose the monthly subscription instead of the one time order because I was planning a longtime visit abroad, they immediately and graciously canceled it.
Needless to say I'm anxious to try out more of their thoughtfully curated herbal blends when I return from my travels!

I pressed an incorrect key and "accidentally" ordered a 5th kit. Before I could cancel, the order went through and I was charged. I sent a note asking for the mistake to be corrected and within minutes, my mistake was corrected, I was credited and and notified. I believe that I will order from them again in the future.

Love Cedar and Zen! Got a burner and some herbs for myself, then my sister fell for it so I got a burner and herb starter kit for her for Christmas this last year. Customer Service is also awesome. Recently placed an order for a couple of items, then realized I had indicated the wrong mailing address. I reached out, and Cedar and Zen responded very promptly and instantly corrected the issue for me.
Such a pleasure to deal with a small business, and also one that seems to genuinely care about serving their customers.

Valerie Caleja helped me immediately with all of my questions. This company is very caring and made me feel as if I were sitting with them having a warm cup of Chai and discussing my needs with a friend. I highly recommend trying the wonderful and soothing aroma rituals they offer. My clients notice immediately the soft aroma in my studio. I love the smell, the warmth, and comfort the Cedar Blend creates.

My Cedar & Zen Herb Burner caught fire. First i thought I'd used a defective tealight or something, so tried again with different brand, caught fire again. Do not buy.

I would like to add a further cautionary note as also purchased two burners having seen them via FB. Immediately did some checking afterwards and noted significant concerns on here and that they are not BBB accredited. I immediately emailed them as could see order had not been processed to request an immediate refund and to cancel the order. Got several stalling emails from someone called Charyl who asked why I wanted to cancel. I explained there were discrepancies between advertised product and what was actually being sent plus concerns regarding excessive pricing compared to other sites. Then got an email saying unfortunately the order couldn't be cancelled as the goods had cleared customs and were on their way when in fact there was no processing of the order until 3 days after I asked to cancel. Since then they have gone silent until I told them I have contacted Mastercard fraud department and that they must not take payment. Its still showing as pending. I wait to see what happens next but cant track as goods are coming from China and tracking information is not in English. DO NOT buy from this company it is regrettably a scam.

I received the herb packages before the burners (on 12/26). The burners arrived on January 5th. Well-packaged and arrived in new condition, undamaged.

The problem: The burner does not perform as advertised; it does not "fill the room with scent".

I am in communication with Cedar & Zen customer service to return the units I purchased. So far we have emailed back and forth 3 times, with the representative asking me to try various methods of using the burner. I explained exactly how I was using the burner and sent photos. Then they wrote: "Our kits are designed to offer a close, grounding scent experience rather than a room filling fragrance, and herbal strength can vary naturally from batch to batch and plant to plant." I wrote back that if that is true, they should change their video advertisement because twice it mentions filling a room with scent: "There's nothing better than filling my room with the scent I love most from nature" and "... the whole room transforms"

I told them I can smell the herbs when my nose is literally 1" away from the burner. To me that is not performing as promised.

2/28/26: After many back-&-forth emails, C&Z issued a partial refund. Though I purchased a special "holiday" kit which included the burner, herbs spoon & booklet for $84 each, they deducted $24 for each package of herbs, leaving a balance of $128. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

They contacted C&Z who in their response told three outright lies: 1) they said I had retained possession of the items for 6+ weeks. 2) they stated that all the herb packages were returned opened 3) they then stated that if I was credited the $128 balance, I would be getting $488 worth of product for free. (How could they claim I'm getting free merchandise after they acknowledged that I returned it?)

End of story: I received a full refund from my credit card company.

Don't do business with them. They are disreputable!

I'd like to echo what others have said here. This is not a legitimate business. I ordered two aromatherapy bundles, but received only two bags of herbs. I did not receive the burners, herb spoons, or wellness guides that were supposed to be part of the bundles, which collectively cost $178 with shipping and tax. I contacted the company and they have been non-responsive. They seem to be well organized, sending follow up emails with guidance that would suggest the company is legitimate. I reported the incident to my credit card and they immediately resolved my report, which makes me think there were fraud indicators associated with this company. Normally, the process takes time. Also, I wrote a 1 star review on the Cedar & Zen website, but it isn't showing up.

They only sent a partial order and then had the audacity to lie about it until I asked for proof. Never sent the rest of the order. Awful experience. Do not buy from here. Just buy a warmer and your own herbs in bulk

Scam company, do not order anything from here. Received a used item and customer service takes many days between responses. They offered me 40% refund for an item that was received used.

Then, want me to pay shipping.

Never arrived. Total rip-off.

Scam!!! Complete waste of money and cheap quality! Takes weeks from China!! Honestly dont waste your time

Not to be trusted! The aromatherapy that suppose to bring the scent of dried herbs in to your home is total fake! I got mine and tried to make it work to no avail snd t return it would cost an additional 25:00
As they don’t pay fir returns ! There so called warehouse is a house within one hours drive from me and i was told not to drop it off! I will be reporting this as soon as monday.

Never received my order. I’m out $149. Do NOT order from them. Total SCAM!!

DO NOT purchase anything from this company!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Especially if you see jt on FB. They are taking items on TEMU and making them up 400% saying they are “on sale” and by doing that- making them not returnable. I am talking specifically about a “natural aromatherapy” thing that you put a candle underneath and it is supposed to make your room smell great. $80+ dollars on FB— $19.99 on TEMU.
