Didn’t get the silver because it was out of stock & a fender bolt came bent besides that it was ok

Great bike and battery however my concern is troubleshooting why my bike wheel is rubbing against something on back wheel. The manual is not detailed enough to figure this out. I cannot ride a bike when the back wheel is noisy. The fender on front wheel has also caused issues. Taking apart and reassembled twice to figure out which way the front wheel and fender wires go

my wife and I purchased two Cybervelo elec bikes and had an issue with one of the bikes with an E10 error.
Cybervelo worked promptly with us helping us to resolve the code error. after several emails of pictures and video they sent a new motor controller resolving the error. Iam pleased with the chat and email of their customer service

The conversations,via email, was very helpful,and in a timely manner. Even with the time difference, I would always antiticipate a response within 24 hrs. The price is wonderful . It's a little heavier than anticipated, but,all in all,a nice price and works well. Thnx!

Very attentive customer service while ordering my new EK9. I really did my homework before ordering this specific model and by all accounts this is supposed to be one of the best e-bikes on the market for the money. Although it is yet to arrive, I anticipate many years of fun and great travels with my new Cybervelo EK9.

Low cost shipping, but came by FedEx Ground service. Good quality product (rear view mirrors for e bike). Install was relatively easy.

I recently purchased a Cybervelo EK5 and, unfortunately, noticed a small oil leak from the rear motor within the first week. While it was disappointing to have an issue so early, I was incredibly impressed by how the Cybervelo support team handled it.
After I reached out, they responded quickly and immediately arranged to send me a brand-new replacement motor assembly under warranty—no questions asked. They even went above and beyond to offer me a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience of the initial defect.
It is rare to find a budget-friendly e-bike company that stands behind their warranty so firmly and treats their customers with this much respect. I’m really looking forward to getting the new wheel on and riding with my son in the new child seat.

Just want to say when i first received the bike I tried it i loved it . Upon that day due to family illness haven’t been able to use it!
Overall i loved it!

The bike went together very quickly. It appears to be very solid for a folding bike which folds nicely. The only complaint I have is the scratching that happens around the lock stand when the bike is folded. It came days before I expect which was a nice surprise. I did have to adjust the brakes and the derailer. Once I got that sorted out I found the power good. I got it going 31 mph going down hill. The gears however require the rider to peddle rapidly to get the bike to exceed 28 mph. Of it were geared taller it would be far easier to exceed 28 mph on a flat surface. The brakes seem to work well given that they are mechanical. I live on the second floor and am able to use the lowest power setting to get it up the stairs fairly easily. The USB port plug is useless so be careful in the rain. All in all for the money it's a hell of a bike.

After purchase customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help fix my minor issues adjusting some components. I have put around 70 miles on it in a week or so. I find the estimated mileage to have been exaggerated but it's still good enough for my purposes. 30 miles took me from 100% to 20% in which I was pedaling and also just using throttle. Maybe you really could get better range from it if you never used throttle and kept the speed under 20mph? So adjust your expectations about range.

The EK7 has been absolutely fantastic & has survived way more that it should have....with 1 exception....the brakes....maybe not meant for extreme downhill cuz they definitely don't make the cut for that!
