Not ready yet to find bike in good shape

I had an excellent experience with Cybervelo and their customer service. Even though my e-bike is no longer under warranty, they have gone above and beyond by providing replacement parts I need at no cost. It is rare to find a company that stands behind its customers after warranty expiration.

The support team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help get my bike back up and running. Their willingness to help speaks volumes about the quality of customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction!

Got our bikes out of the box and put together. All parts were packaged very well. We went for our first ride. Everything worked as it should. Great looking bikes! I think we are going to enjoy them!

The wheels on the bike were not in great condition. The Rubber part of the wheels was outside the metal rim when it came. I have not used it due to this.

I ordered two bikes in July 2025. We have put several hundred miles on our bikes and enjoy them very much. About two weeks ago I experienced an error on my display. The motor would not respond to the pedals or the throttle. I turn power off for a few minutes. The motor would operate but was jerky and the error remained.

I emailed support and they promptly returned my Email. I was weeks away from the 1 year warranty expiring. They sent me a new controller which I installed. This was not the whole issue. My error code persisted. I contacted them again and have a replacement motor assembly on the way, free shipping!

The customer support I received has been top Notch. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Prior to this review, I wrote another review because there was a mixup with the equipment and everything. Since that happened, this company has gone out of his way to assure that everything is straight with my order that I truly appreciate.. A lot of companies don’t care.!!!!! I truly commend their customer satisfaction ethics.

I was skeptical about paying for the product I was ordering, a new battery top piece with keys. Because it was a totally different product that was listed in their website. The person I was dealing with assured me that they would get the correct product to me, and they did. Thank you very much!

Bad product

I'm SO IMPRESSED!!! We lost the keys to the battery of my Cbvelo bike and were thinking about how much it would cost to get a locksmith. Instead to wrote Cbvelo and after answering a couple of short questions, they told me they would send me the keys FOR FREE!!! I couldn't believe it. Talk about GREAT SERVICE!!!

Bike is as advertised. Received without a scratch. Took longer than i expected to put together but I wanted to be sure i did it correctly. The only issue im seeing, is the battery seems to pop out while riding. It stays connected but pops loose. Im working to see where the problem is. Fun to ride and works great.

I had some setup issues with the bike. The team was very responsive with the emails. They provided good reference videos and instructions. With their help, we resolved both issues. The bike is excellent and have already put on almost 400 miles.

I have had nothing but great service from Cbvelo. They promptly return messages and are accommodating, friendly and always anxious to do the right thing for the situation. Rare for a company, they go above and beyond in order to make the customer happy. You can use this company with the certainty that they will deal with you more than fairly, honestly and promptly.

I contacted them regarding rubber seal on charging port came off. And they replied promptly and sent me a replacement. Very happy with their outstanding after sale support.

The bike is awesome love it rides nice and cruises well although one problem I'm having my seat won't stay up where I want it to be it keeps dropping back down I've already went to bike shop to have them fix it but it didn't stay up so I will have get new seat bar or bracket
