Where do I even start my experience with cbdmall has been fantastic! I placed my first order with them and I accidentally entered my part of my address wrong and I called customer service to correct it and they were so kind! The delivery was quick. Love the Biotech line. I have tried the Biotech cream and it gave me instant pain relief. And the Roll-On is even better than the cream. Its easier to apply and the cooling sensation is an added bonus. Highly recommend to anyone with muscle aches.

Excellent service and amazing products!
I'm really happy with my experience with CBD Mall. I ordered some gummies and a vape and the package got here a day before their estimated arrival date! I tried the gummies and they were delicious (and super effective lol) but the vape was the wrong strain, so I called customer service and Shari was a total PEACH. She was understanding, helpful, and really sweet. I just got my replacement vape in the correct strain and it's exactly what I wanted! Excellent service and amazing products!

Took pix, called within 10 minutes of UPS receipt and Shari sent me a return label. Reboxed and sent back today and she has already started my replacement return merchandise. Customer Support is Excellent!

Never received my order
Never received my order. When I called I was told they could not do anything until UPS confirmed even though they could see on UPS. After UPS said they sent to CBD Mall they didn’t send out again. I had to call again and was told they had a lot of orders ahead of mine and couldn’t guarantee when it would go out. No one helps. I requested refund and cancelled my order.

Bait and switch
I ordered a thcv gummies. They sent me a herbal weight loss gummies instead. No thcv at all. Contacted customer service, they said they don't have it in stock and this was a "free upgrade."how is a herbal supplement of just caffeine and other herbs an upgrade when it has no THC!? They said they don't have it in stock but they are still listing it on their site. Huge bait and switch. They did send me a return label though.
