Always late for consultations very unprofessional with their prescriptions don't recommend anything just give you a THC limit and you have to figure out it yourself, they say for you to go on Wiki Buds. They have 100's of products. Am i suppose to research them all ? This is made worse as they give the most limited information on the products. When i did find a product that suited, the batch went up 1% in strength and they refused it me. After 1 month im leaving, without my meds. They are now leaving me in a frustrating situation and not making it easy to get my discharge letter. To make it worse they are now withholding my last prescription that ive ordered and paid for.

AVOID at all costs, you will regret spending your hard earned money with this medical cannabis company. Their flowers are worse than street cannabis, they use radiation on 90% of their flower products, which is extremely harmful to human consumption, which have had zero clinical trials. I’ve taken the decision to grow my own cannabis because of the well below standards of their flowers, their vapes are also severely water down with vaping oils as they don’t even medicate you, yet it’s one of the strongest % of THC. Just honestly don’t waste your time or money with this company, grow your own, it’s your right to grow your own medication as long as it’s under 8 plants it’s classed as personal.

nope, nope, wasting your time here. Admin is non-existent. you yourself will find that you have joined the ranks of this company because YOU do all the leg work. But hey, go find out yourself.....

Great service, quick and easy to get an appointment for consultation with date and tell to suit you. Consultation was face to face and the Dr was easy to talk to and gave all the information I required.
Brilliant service would recommend to anyone that needs it.

Yet another order messed up, this time they sent my order to the wrong depot. I haven't had a single smooth delivery of my prescription in months. They also no longer operate a weekend call service, so if you don't have your flower by Friday, or there is an issue... Then enjoy your wait.

Tainted product... Waiting weeks for delivery... They seem to be trying hard, but they've never managed to deliver my meds in time and it's ALWAYS difficult getting re supplied. I give up.

From the minute my call started I could tell that the clinician I spoke to was very professional and took his time to listen to me and suggest what he thought would be good for the pain I am complaining about. He was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had being a person that has never touched cannabis in my life!

Worst customer service ever,,never get orders on time even though I pay delivery charge,,,lost AND stolen orders that I had to chase..not next day delivery at all...never any stock, and most stock heavily over priced. Requested to speak to a consultant twice after "signing up"(haha) and still nothing(6mths ago).. but hey...its ur choice

7 or 8 misplaced prescription deliveries. Incredibly stressful, ironically.

It was a quick an easy experience getting myself registered and I had my medication in just over a week since I initially made contact. Despite how quick it was, the whole process felt very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend them - not just for the service but also the prices are very reasonable.
