We Bought our new family 7 seater from here a few weeks back Steve was a friendly salesman and was helpful throughout, unfortunately a light came on the dash so we contacted Catalina and there aftercare team gave us a call back to get the issue resolved and have got it booked into a local garage and should hopefully be resolved within the next week overall a easy and professional service would recommend

We bought a car from Catalina in March 26 and had a great service from sales through to aftercare. We bought the extended warranty as we don't live local, an engine light came on after a week, and Hannah was really helpful via email - it was very easy to use the warranty to get the cost covered.

Bought a car from Catalina with Michael a couple of weeks ago now. From initial contact to driving away he was professional, polite, and very personable. Gave me a very fair price for my old car and made the whole process feel very, very smooth and easy. Would recommend.

Amazing staff. No pressure into buying.

The sales team (Steve) was friendly and relaxed, the process was quick and transparent and the after care team were solid in refunding me when an engine light came on and I had to pay to get it taken off. The price was extremely reasonable and I felt a fiar transparent price was offered in part ex for my old car. Would reccomend and use again.

Avoid at all costs, the handover was a joke handed me the keys and didn’t even show me around the vehicle no test drive, no docs just a piece of paper.
Purchased the car 4 months ago still no v5 docs not thing in my name, to make matters worse I part ex my vehicle wasn’t even given the green slip , now I’m getting tax advisory’s saying it’s in my name still.im still receiving tax fines on my part ex car absolutely dodgy company.
Mot has loads of advisory’s I cancelled my finance and asked them to collect the vehicle numerous times as I’m not the legal owner and had no response.
