Thank you for your review. To provide some clarity for other prospective customers, we'd like to share some important context regarding your experience:

You purchased an item from us almost a year ago and recently requested to return it. As with most retailers, our return policy does not extend to a one-year period, and unfortunately, we were unable to process your return. If this means you cannot trust a retailer based on this, we are a little bemused by this statement.

It's a little disappointing to receive a 1-star review solely based on this, especially when our return policy is clearly outlined, and your original purchase experience was handled promptly and correctly. We feel this review is unwarranted, as it doesn’t accurately reflect the service we provided in fulfilling your order.
