Great company and staff!

Great company! Went out of their way to help me out. Had an issue with a used toy hauler and they offered to fix it even without an extended warranty but ended up purchasing a new one since I am from out of town. Highly recommended purchasing an RV from the great people at Caslte Country RV

Our initial visit was great, then crap!

Our initial visit was great! Everything from there was horrible. The financing was a joke. Customer service was a joke. Service department was a joke. If they weren’t the only dealer in the state with the rv we wanted we would have definitely gone somewhere else. I think we waited well over 6 months for parts that were missing on our new rv and having to deal with 5 different people in the service department to receive them. Horrible.

They were very dishonest and not reliable on the walk-through experience. The start up kit was a total joke for the size of 5th-wheel we bought. We felt like it was ok for a tent trailer but not what we purchased!!!!🤣

Worst experience we have ever had

The sales department was great but once they have your money They are useless
Don’t return phone calls and make a lot of excuses with no follow through on anything they tell you

We’re very interested in a camper but…

We’re very interested in a camper but lived 3 1/2 hours away. We’re told if we wanted the camper held to look at we had to put a $1000 deposit down that wouldn’t be refunded if we didn’t buy. We were 99% sure we wanted it but had to make our decision without seeing the camper pretty much. The camper is nice but very cheaply made. We paid $500 for a mandatory cleaning of the camper, it was dusty, dirty and had metal shavings all over the floor when we got it. Just the drive home all the doors fell off their tracks because the screws are screwed into particle board. Roofing in outside kitchen fell apart for the same reason, screws in particle board. We used the camper all summer and fixed all things that fell apart. We took the camper out one last time in the fall and the heater wouldn’t kick on. Once my husband got to looking, the heater isnt even wired to the thermostat and the thermostat is only made for the air conditioning so needless to say we all froze for 3 nights. Super fun with 4 kids ranging 1-8. We are frustrated because we are so far away we can’t haul it back to the dealer for warranty issues.

We recently bought a toy hauler from…

We recently bought a toy hauler from them.. What ever needed fixed, they fixed mosty everything before we took home our unit. We do have other things to be fixed, which will be fixed in the summer by them.. They ordered us a cover for the toy hauler unfortunately it did not fit, BUT they got us a new one right away!!!!! So far I cant complain..

Best place to purchase an RV

The Castle Country RV team is knowledgeable, friendly, and have some of the best prices and products around. This is the second RV I've purchased from Castle and they've gone above and beyond both times.

Overall pretty good trailer and nice…

Overall pretty good trailer and nice guys. The things they need to work on are the details. They didn’t tell me about the 3%-4% fee on credit cards over $1000 until I got there. I luckily brought a check so it didn’t affect me. There were some extra charges not mentioned, but I didn’t ask for all the details so just as much my fault as theirs. They did throw in a receiver and ball with the trailer so that was nice of them.

This dealership not only took my order…

This dealership not only took my order over the phone and gave me a good deal,,but they also delivered it to my house which was 60 miles.
Bottom line, I will definitely do business with Castle country in the future

Sale went well. Everything since has been painful.

Sales process went well and they worked hard to get a solution that was good for us. Unfortunately, everything since then has been questionable. It seems like nobody is ever there (we call asking to talk to our sales rep or anyone, really) and they're usually "not in the office at the moment." Then they don't call back. We've tried kicking off a warranty fix several times. Given the information to multiple people, sent pictures, etc. They've never gotten back to us, so we're going to have to go to Forest River directly. When we inquire about it we hear "the person who handles warranty work isn't in today". Same old story. They're great for sales, but everything after that is bad. Your mileage may vary.
