Castle Valley RV had the best price and their service was amazing. Keith was very professional as well. We are very happy with our Forrest River Wildcat.

Had the inventory, right price, and good people.

I stopped in late one evening and they were more than happy to help me even though it was almost closing time they stayed late. They got most of the information done and paperwork done. The next day I went in the morning and I was out of there early with a new camper. Hard-working bunch of good people.

Like the RV but the service to get rv on the road was bad - office screwed up and sold rv we were to pick up from out of state then we waited forever to get the other rv and paper work done - went to get license plates and they didn't have it filled out correct had to contact them to get it straighten out before we could get plates - some items didn't pass inspection finally told them i would take care of it when i got back home lets just get going on this - 6 months later i received the trim for repairs - what a mess!

It was a good experience. The trailer was ready and waiting and they made sure we were ready to go out the door.

Prices are good and the people are friendly. While it wasn’t their fault I ordered a travel trailer and it took several months longer than they said it would to come in. The communication during this time was poor from my salesman. Initially told one price all included by my salesman over the phone than added additional prep when I came in. Sales manager helped resolve it. Communication was the biggest issue even with servicing.

I bought a travel trailer this summer. Bought it over the phone and had my son in law pick it up. Trailer they gave him was different that the one you represented in the picture you sent to me. The one you sent had dining table instead of booth. Finally got a booth after a lot of hassle. A lot of Hassle!!!!! Then to top it off they could not find time to put it in to fit when I was going thru town so I got it in peices and had to install myself. Worst buying experience ever!!!!

Had a great selection to choose from. Didn’t take long to do the deal.

I purchased a Arctic pack travel trailer made by forest river was very disappointed that it had no insulation in the bottom of it and the trailer froze up in the winter Castle country led me to believe that the trainer would be fine to stay in in the winter very disappointed I would not recommend anybody to Castle country

Staff was efficient very helpful and courteous. Overall positive experience.

Love the trailer, however some of the interior wall paneling trim is coming unstapled and still waiting on the dealer to send me an owner’s manual and warranty information.
