These guys were really good to work with my only thing is that when I went to pick the trailer up there was no battery in it and it was covered in dust, I guess I just assumed I was picking up a trailer that was clean and inspected. The trailer works awesome though!!

Great staff !! Helped us find the best RV for our needs. The price was in line with our budget and the RV is the best for our family and friends as well. We spent the first night in the RV and still have not went back into the house yet. Still camping in the driveway and will soon take the RV out after it has stopped snowing here in carbon country . My customer experience at Castle Country RV was way beyond my expectations. This dealership is obviously ran by someone who knows what they are doing. I would recommend Castle Country RV to anyone.

Great experience buying our first trailer through Castle Country RV! The team was responsive to questions after the sale and helped us get a great deal.

It was a pleasure working with Castle Country RV. We purchased a used travel trailer, and when an employee noticed a crack in skylight that didn’t show easily, they ordered a new skylight and installed for us without charge. Very nice staff.

The buying experience was fine, however when it has come to getting warranty work completed they just refuse to do anything! I have called to schedule appointment since November and every time I speak to somebody they say let us check the schedule and will get back to you. Never once have I received a callback. They are more than willing to take your money initially but when it comes to standing by a product they sell refuse to provide any additional customer service.

4/25/2019-end the end Castle country RV, did make everything right. It did take some time, but the warranty work was completed.

7/8/2019-I was going camping today for the first time this year, after the warranty service was complete. One of the items was fixing the tv mount. I went to turn the tv on and found the lcd screen was broke, only when the tv was on. I called Castle country RV, and they were great to get the TV fixed. End the end I would buy from them again.

We chose Castle Country RV based on previous reviews, which turned out to be a bad decision on our part. It takes several phone calls to get anything done with them and if you actually get to talk to someone they just "pass the buck." No one there actually takes responsibility for their mistakes. I should also mention that Alex is absolutely the worst at returning phone calls, and I do mean THE WORST which also means the customer service at Castle Country leaves a lot to be desired. From buying our RV (signing contract) to taking delivery of RV took several weeks because of issues on their end and no one there could explain what the hold up was. We did hear several times that it was the manufacturer who was holding things up. That excuse can only be used so many times before we, the customer, figured out it was actually the dealership who didn't do what they were supposed to. I would also like to note that Tim is totally awesome and knows RVs inside and out! Unfortunately, I don't know his position at Castle Country but he is absolutely the only one who knows whats going on at the dealership. It's too bad Tim is not manager, because the actual manager provides NO customer service, "passes the buck," and never has an answer for anything.

Don't waste your time driving to Helper to buy a RV, it's not worth it!

This is a wonderful place to stay. They will go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience and make sure you have everything you need. It's at the edge of town and easy to find.

Following limited dealing with Castle Country during my purchase transaction I can state that the service personnel are five stars in their attention and follow up.

Great experience buying and with the service department. It would be nice if buying a car was as easy!

Overpaid for the trailer when doing the final walkthrough it did not go the best

I would not buy toilet paper from them. Put money down on a specific trailer, and accessories and they sold it to someone else. Also having to deal with people that would not call me back and botched the paperwork left and right is not fun. Trying to sell me stuff I did not ask for was just a complete waste. Also complaining to heartland about them. Thank God for Darren Bideoux RV. They took care of my warranty needs. Should have bought from them instead. Castle country is a complete joke

Every aspect of our purchase was great!! Always recommend Castle Country RV to everyone. We haven't used the service department other than the initial prep to take our trailer home (which was also great) so can't speak to after purchase service.

The staff at Castle Country is very friendly. Their prices are great and it was worth our drive (4 hours) to purchase there. There was some communication breakdown as to picking up our trailer. It wasn’t prepped and we had to wait for them to get it ready. We feel like things were rushed because of that. They did work with us because of the wait to make sure we were satisfied. If I had any suggestions for them it would be to work on improving communication with customer. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase at Castle Country and can’t wait to use our new RV.

Disappointed in the salesman. Once the sale was over I was passed off and never delt with him again. Then had some issues with the trailer called the sales man and was passed off again. The parts manager and service manager were awesome to deal with and very helpful. The service manager Colton was on of the best I have ever delt with.

The folks at Castle Country were great to work with, they even delivered my enclosed trailer to Duchesne Utah which saved me some travel time. My problem was with the manufacture of the enclosed trailer. I purchased a Haulmark 22-foot ALX enclosed trailer. The first time I drove my side by side up the rear loading ramp the entire rear ramp broke off as my side by side slammed against the lip of the floor and began to slide out of the trailer. Come to find out Haulmark only tack welded the ramp on. They did not put any finish welds or strength welds on the ramp at all. Haulmark didn’t seem to care, I chewed on them pretty good and the best that they could do for my trouble is send me a $200 debit card, “g-thanks”. That didn’t even cover the cost of running the trailer back and forth for repair. So bottom line is I would give Castle Country on a scale of 1 to 10 an “8” and Haulmark a “1”.
