Was looking at various websites for a large black metal wall clock and came across this one which was well priced and had good reviews. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. Clock looks great up on the wall and really pleased with it. Keeping good time so far and is silent.

I have been waiting for this mirror to come back in stock for ages and it did not dissappoint. We took it out of the box to check it over as my hall is not ready yet and I was very impressed not just with the item but how well packaged it is. I must also add that delivery was free and superfast. I jave seen this type of mirror in many shops and online for a much higher cost. Ordered a clock from Casa Chic Boutique, it’s absolutely beautiful, very true to the online pictures. It is also very easy to install, and incredibly lightweight. Had a small issue but was resolved immediately and the customer service is fantastic. We will definitely be purchasing more for our first home.

I'm just so impressed with the service provided by Casa Chic! I had been in the market for a large Roman numeral clock for our newly decorated kitchen wall and could only find one at a large chain retailer who had one in their sale at £95...plus at least £12 postage which would take a week to arrive. That was a lot more than I wanted to spend but the sale was on its last day so I was poised to go over budget as a treat for my wife. But before I clicked the button I had one last search for alternatives and after digging deep, came across one for sale at Casa Chic in exactly the same style - I checked the details because the price looked way too low compared to the others available, but I was delighted that the whole spec was exactly what I wanted and at around £60 cheaper, plus free postage!! I checked out the shop’s background and other products and was delighted to know that my purchase would be helping a small, independent business. The next bit was the best. My order went in after midnight on a Sunday night, and by the time I got up and checked my emails on Monday morning, it had been packed up and dispatched! On Wednesday morning at 9.30 it had been delivered and my wife was over the moon with it. It was exactly what we wanted and finished the room off perfectly. So to conclude, I wouldn’t usually spend time explaining an online purchase, but my experience with Casa Chic was so good that I wanted to say a big thank you and also convince people that it’s often better to look for independent traders for the best quality, value and service. Excellent.

Frames arrived within the delivery window and were of the quality expected. They were a lot cheaper from the Casa Chic website than from Amazon so I'm really pleased I found I could buy them directly this time! Very pleased with the products and overall service.
