To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Amazing food and a flawless customer experience. So excited to receive my Founders Box on Saturday. The delivery was great - lots of notifications so i knew what was happening. The box arrived in the promised time window. Opening the box felt like opening a Christmas present. Everything was beautifully packaged and presented. The steak were super special - the taste was amazing. Daughter said the sausages were 'the best I've ever had. Can't wait for the next box to arrive.

First class food, communication and a personal touch
Having searched for ongoing meal delivery services that fit our family needs for some time (and using many that really didn't), finally I think I have solved the problem.
Finding Casa Argentina's approach was different and that not only is the food great quality, the delivery process was seamless (I knew exactly what was happening throughout my order) and the after sales support - i.e. how to get the best out of the products - was first class.
Both myself and my partner work full time, have little spare time to think about, let alone cook decent meals for ourselves and our son, so having high quality ingredients that are paired to go well together or be enjoyed separately was pretty amazing.
Also, the little touches show the care that the team must place in the orders - the extra "free" gifts, the notes, and the general feeling that we got when we opened the box - all first class!

We’ve brought Tomahawk steaks and weredelicious! The empanadas were a great starter with a glass of wine while we were waiting for the meat on the grill .
The Dulce de Leche was on top of crepes as our dessert. Very Argentine dinner!

It's been a while I'm ordering regularly. I don't know what they changed recently, that the delivery charge is 3 times now!
I had to order a larger quantity to adjust delivery charge. Not happy this time. ☹️
