Compré hace una semana y todavía no tengo la fecha de entrega. No volveré a comprar acá.
Cuándo compro por otras páginas como el gauchostore, recibo mi compra a los 5 días.

El pedido llegó bien pero 18 dias después por problemas con el proveedor de yerba Verdeflor y para subsanar el inconveniente me dijeron que me enviaría un obsequio....y lo enviaron !!!! 1 (UNO) ALFAJOR JORGITO MOLIDO . La verdad para ser la primera vez como cliente se podrían haber puesto la diez . Experiencia poco agradable. Saludos y espero que mejoren en atención al cliente.

2 veces pedí, las dos veces tuve demoras con el pedido. Cero iniciativa para solucionar problemas.

Los productos llegaron bien, con un empaque adecuado para mantener los alfajores. Quiero resaltar un punto no tan positivo: la fecha de vencimiento. He comprado para regalar y los alfajores vencen el mes que viene. Sería bueno que consideren ese punto cuando hagan un envío a otro país. Por el resto todo perfecto.

Great packaging, everything arrived as promised and on time.

I purchased 2 'Camionero' mates which are supposed to be the big size mates. I received 1 big size and the other was a small size, definitely not the one illustrated on the website. When I emailed them about it, I was told by Mariano that because they are "Artisan mates" they could have a difference in size. The diffence is not an artisan issue. I spent over $140 in products and if I want to return them, I have to pay for my shipping. Stay away from this rip-off site. Never again!
