Shiny Faulty Cars ..Don't do it.
The Worse Experience Ever. Wish there was a zero star option. CarSynergy sold me a faulty car. They were very aware of the faults but were deceptive , all they wanted was to sell it off to someone who was clueless. The car brokedown and didn't receive no help from Steve. Steve pushed us to Macaulay and he was extremely rude and dismissive and told us it's not their problem contact warranty company. A week after paying for a new clutch the car brokedown again and refused to start completely and we were dismissed again and left to deal with it on our own stranded. Until we made a complaint about the rude ,dismissive , treatment we were receiving from CarSynergy to Blue Motor Finance. If it wasn't for Felicien Ekoume from Blue Motor Finance Complaints team, we would have never had received the help we needed. CarSynergy all of the sudden were in comms with us ONLY because they were now made aware of the complaint filed against their car, if it wasn't that they would have dismissed us like the way they had been everytime the car was breaking down. From being the main point contact, Steve started hiding and avoiding us, because he knew he handled a sale on a faulty car. The car was meant to be picked up in February but only the tooth fairy knows why it took a month for CarSynergy to deliver the car. I picked up the car mid March after purchasing it on the 11th of February . They claimed it was being serviced only to find out that nothing was done at all, and that it had failed mot 2 days before I had picked it up in March. Which proved they knew the car was faulty. Not only was CarSynergy dismissive and rude, they were very aggressive with me trying to just make me keep a car they knew was faulty. Gavin got looped in and promised that he will handle the situation better . He arranged to pick up the car from Southampton to Leeds. Only to receive the car to stage fake and false damages to the car, unknown to him I had taken a video of the car before the pickup because I knew they weren't to be trusted. They sent the staged pictured to the finance company and if it wasn't for the video they would have gotten away with the lie, they literally showed them selves to the Finance company that they were liars and were trying to orchestrate a malicious narrative. I would genuinely say if you're a person of colour don't even bother getting a car from them, because you will be treated like we were nothing they way they bark at you you will just know that its racially driven, when taking your money they will be all smiles then treat you and talk to you like you're less than human. I ended up rejecting the car as they had clearly proved that they were just focused on being malicious than actually wanting to resolve the issue. I didnt have a car for 2 months due to tje breakdown and they didn't care. They are the worst car dealership. If anyone sees a blue range rover evoque don't buy it it's extremely faulty.
