Absolute nightmare, office is accountants, home address in frodsham is director have his own disputes with them.
Don’t return calls etc

If you took calls home visits to your business partner who tells me your shafting him would not be needed.

In response to you false claims made simply to look good on here ….
I hope you are aware your fellow director had a ring doorbell at his home and also my phone was on record so this is simply not true. He gave me the impression you were also in a legal dispute and your address in Portugal causing issues. Also site was visited and remedial works done…. I have texts to prove this!!! Whoops

I suggest you get your ducks in a row and deal with issues. You need to stop kicking the can down the road and have a civil call or meeting.
This will not go away.

Mubarak Ali was the assigned inspector for extension/build. Ali was very helpful to us throughout the process. We experienced a lot of issues with our builder cutting corners and with general shoddy workman ship. Ali always conducted himself professionally and was very thorough and knowledgeable with all his inspections carried out at our property at every step for the way. Ali provided us with guidance and provided insight on things to look out for as we were new to building works and dealing with builders.
We finally managed to get the project over the line with help , support and assistance from all parties involved at building regulations.

I had paid for Building Control application a number of years ago, and decided to go start the works. I phoned the number and found Mubarak Ali was helpful throughout the process and explained at each stage I needed to book an appointment. He also managed to put my final certificate through as a priority at the end so it didn't take as long as expected.

Overall not a bad experience. They did put my job on hold midway due to my builder deviating from the original design which to be fair was not their fault and in my best interest.
The office cannot be reached by phone, they seem to only have one admin person responding so can never get an inspection booked within 24hrs. You have to leave a voice message which they do get back to you but it's late in the day and at that point can't book an inspection for the next day however they do sometimes they sent a text to book and I always managed to get one in 48hrs.
The inspector Mubarak Ali was helpful throughout the process with highlighting any issues my builder overlooked or cut corners and responded in reasonable time with answers to any questions. He also managed to put my final certificate through as a priority at the end so it didn't take as long as expected.

Great experience with Mubarak Ali, a few hiccups along the way with builders but everything was smoothed out in the end with my final certificate being issued recently. Mubarak alleviated all concerns and advised me of what needed to be done to rectify any issues.

I would like to thank all the staff an Building consents for all their help and support provided to us during these builds. I must mention Maxine and Carl especially as nothing is too much trouble in helping solve problems and giving advice where needed. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all our future projects.

Using Building Consents Ltd. was a poor experience.

They are very slow to respond and seem to have staff working together who are not on speaking terms, turning me as the client into a middle-man.

Despite submitting our engineering calculations several weeks early, they were not reviewed until months later, AFTER the building work had been completed.

Especially disappointing was after the whole project was completed, it took weeks of repeated calls and emails to obtain a final certificate. This lack of responsiveness is frustrating and unacceptable

I have been trying to obtain my building certificate for the past three weeks, consistently following up with both the office and the building control team. Despite expressing the urgency of my situation—explaining that I am about to undergo cancer treatment and need this certificate to finalize the sale of my house for my family's future—they have failed to respond to my emails and calls. This lack of communication and attention has caused significant stress during an already difficult time. I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received.

Maxine, the lady who dealt with my query was very helpful.

I am very disappointed of the service level they offer. Communication is extremely slow. Need to wait long for a visit. I have been waiting for the final certificate sign off for the past 2 weeks. Chasing over phone is not effective. This is not acceptable.

I made a phone call to ask for their services. They guide me on how to fill their form online. It took me several minutes to fill their form and once I sent it they reply to me, saying that they don't cover my area.
Should not ask my address before they instruct me how to fill their form?
