Underlay quality
I bought 2 rolls of 8 mm underlay. The first was perfect, the foam to the end quarter of the second was so thin that is was not usable. Otherwise good product.

Easy to order
Easy to order. Delivered promptly and when it should. Good product .. it was a damaged roll at a cheaper price but the damage didn't cause any problems. Would have preferred a cheaper delivery cost.

Sorry - I posted a very negative review meant for another site on this as Google SEO directed me to this as the review page, and due to my rage I never noticed. Anyway all my issues were with underlay-direct/Airluxe so I'd advise trying these guys instead to avoid my experience !.

Hi Damien, I have read your review and am horrified to hear your comments. I have investigated at my end have there is no one here who has any recollection of letting you down. PLEASE can you have a look again, we have only had one Damien who ordered on 2nd July, nothing since then.
I have been in the office all day and have not heard any phone calls that would suggest we have have let you down.

I am happy with the product...it does the job nicely.
I am happy with the product. I have an antique French 12ft x 9ft thin tapestry like carpet which was sliding around on my polished block floor. The 'Anti-Kreep Rug Underlay' has solved the problem nicely as well as giving a nice cushion effect to walk on. Hopefully, It will make life easier when I use the vacumm cleaner!

Good communication for delivery times etc. You do pay a lot for delivery so that would be exactly what I would expect. Shame they don’t have a cheaper option for delivery for the ones in no immediate rush? Happy with product. Exactly what I wanted and cheaper than same product, different brand . Didn’t get great advice when calling up for questions regarding where I was putting it but fitter reassured me that it was a good one for putting on the stairs

Underlay has cut outs
Price was good however the underlay I got seemed very old stock. When I opened it up they had numerous cut outs which was taped back in. It didnt seem that great condition.

Hi Mo, sorry for not replying. Was this the Timbertech 2 underlay? These are usually very heavy rolls and we make every attempt to see that they leave the warehouse in good condition. However, due to their weight, some delivery problems may occur.
I am really sorry that the product was not perfect, please get in touch if you feel we can do anything to rectify the issue.
