Great samples, arrived next day

The samples arrived with the box badly damaged, and 2 out of the 4 samples were missing. Very disappointed with the condition and completeness of the delivery, and I may take my business elsewhere if this isn’t resolved.

Requested samples, received within days follow up calls from John inviting me into showroom to view flooring when I gave him a date and time I'd be there he advised who would take care of me as he wouldn't be there at that time. Fiona took care of my order and even pushed for a quicker delivery date. Went to pick up and was treated with respect and courtesy order was put into my car without any hassle. Pleasure doing business with you guys 😊

I went to the seafield road store in Edinburgh, I knew exactly which laminate flooring I wanted and ask for a specific delivery date, the salesman replied "no problem" I walked out 5 minutes later with the date for the delivery. On the day of the delivery, I received a phone call around 30 minutes before the delivery and was asked if I had any specific delivery instructions. I directed the driver to the rear of my house where my garage is and the flooring was unloaded into my garage. All in all it took about 10 minutes and the delivery driver was polite, courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend Direct Wood Flooring and will definitely use them again.

After having a few problems initially, I contacted customer services who dealt with the issues very quickly and competently. I had a very quick response to every email I sent and now the issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

The flooring is of good quality.
However, there are 5 pieces in each pack and 8 designs.
In some packs there were 3 of the same design!
Of the 15 packs there were a totally disproportionate of numbers of each design.
For instance, out of 60 pieces I got only 2 of one design and 4 of another.
There were 2 designs that I had twice the expected quantity.
I would propose that you increase the pack size to 8 and ensure each pack has one of each of the 8 designs.
With current technology that could be easily achieved.
The pack weight would be within EU limits.
I cannot recommend this product till this issue has been addressed.

Absolutely absurdly bad service. Paid an absolute fortune for EvoCore flooring with fitting. Floors badly fitted (for which they have repeatedly tried to suggest I am liable) and now so badly damaged I don't think it can be fixed. I can't even bear to have these in my house as a reminder of this appalling mistake in trusting this company. Do not shop here.

I only received three, and only two of those I actually picked. The third one was the wrong colour altogether.
