Good easy quick service. Rang the number when we was on the way. There was someone waiting for us at the meet and greet section. On way back rang the number when we picked the bags up and our car was waiting for us. No problems at all.

The guy who received our car was as always extremely pleasant and helpful. Parking v straightforward

Well what can we say was very skeptical about using this company, from the first phone call i felt very reassured and everything went so smoothly couldnt have asked for a better service. The car was taken away and as i stepped off the plane 1 phone call and it qas ready. As it has been freezing they even warmed the car up for me which was a bonus as i have 2 children. Thank you very much guys. Hope you and your team have a wonderful christmas

Our experience with AK meet and greet was absolutely amazing I couldn’t fault anything. Instructions were clear.
We were met at the rendezvous place exchanged keys and was told where to meet on return.
On return I telephoned and told them I had just got my luggage and I met them at the collection point where my car was waiting. Brilliant

I had approximately between £35 to £45 stolen from my car, while this company was looking after it for me, after a meet and greet service. I did not request the meet and greet service they said that they had given a free upgrade which in fact, gave more people access to my car to steel from me. The cash was well hidden away and whoever took this money ransacked my car searching for something to steel.

As soon as I found out that the money had been stolen, I reported it to the person that had handed my keys back to me. Their response was apologetic but said there was nothin they could do at this point and gave me a email address to make a complaint.
I emailed the company the next day and had a response the day after. They said

As per the terms and conditions,
“AK PARKING LTD .” & Service providers will not be responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle. All valuable items must be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off.

However, the matter will be investigated and we will let you know once we have an update on this matter.

There were a few more emails back and forth, but basically, they kept on referring to the terms and conditions stating that “AK PARKING LTD .” & Service providers will not be responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle. All valuable items must be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off.

I now know that you must remove all valuables from your car before you hand it to this company, as they may not be there when you have your car returned.

Having said all of the above the actual service they provided was very good, apart from the theft.

I recently used the Valet Parking service at Birmingham Airport and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I chose this service due to my mobility issues and the need for assisted travel, hoping to minimise walking and queuing for myself and my family.

After an 8-hour journey from Turkey, landing just after 12:30am, I followed all the required steps by texting and calling ahead to ensure our car would be ready. Despite this, when we arrived at the valet area in the rain, the car was not there. The staff at the kiosk directed me to speak with the parking attendants, but one attendant was incredibly rude. He checked our paperwork, dismissively said, “It’s not us. Call the number,” and turned his back on me to talk to his colleagues. I was ignored when trying to get further assistance.

I called the number again and was told there was a delay due to an issue with the previous car. We waited an additional 10 minutes in the drizzle before calling again, at which point I was told our car was finally on its way. When the driver eventually arrived (an hour after we landed), all we received was a quick, dismissive, “Sorry about the delay. Our bad.” No proper updates were provided, and we were left feeling neglected and frustrated.

This service, marketed as a premium convenience, failed on all counts. My family—including my wife, two young children, and my mother-in-law—were left standing in the rain, exhausted and wet after our long journey. The lack of communication and poor treatment from staff were unacceptable.

I will not be using this service again and would caution others to reconsider using too.

Reliable prompt service, no waiting about

The service was amazing. The car was waiting as soon as we stepped off of the monorail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Definitely book again. It was a big family holiday with four cars, all cars were waiting meaning the holiday ended all together. Brilliant.

don’t mix them up with other meet and greet local small companies. Not all are reliable. AK meet and greet is in our experience.

Brilliant customer service. Collected my car on time on arriving and was ready for us on our arrival back.

I’ve had a great experience using meet and greet! The changeover went so smoothly, there was no waiting around upon arrival and when leaving. The staff were so kind and professional. It made my holiday much more easier knowing my car was safe and minutes away from Birmingham airport. I will definitely be using this service again. Thankyou
