The technician, Nestor, he told me what he had to do and how long it would take and then sent me a text when he was done and it went a bit faster than he said, which was great. He had me verify that the fob worked and I was on my way, very polite and informative, a great tech and company to work with.

The serviceman came between the hours they said they would. Was very friendly and went out the way help me with my broken key. Overall great experience and I will use if I needed again. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of services.

I do not recommend Car Keys Express based on the pricing information and sales representation I received at its special event inside the Woodland Hills, CA Costco on August 30, 2026.

I requested a quote for an additional key fob for my 2024 Lexus RZ and was quoted more than $500. The representative justified the price by claiming that Lexus dealers charge approximately $1,000.

That claim did not match my actual experience. I obtained a key fob, including the small mechanical emergency key, for less than $500.

Before purchasing from Car Keys Express, consumers should obtain an itemized quote directly from a Lexus dealer or qualified automotive locksmith. The quote should identify whether the fob is genuine Lexus/OEM or aftermarket and whether programming, mechanical-key cutting, taxes, and warranty coverage are included. Do not assume the special-event price is lower than the dealership price without comparing the complete costs.
