Seane was excellent. He called to tell me when he would be there. He called when he got there. They keys worked and the work was do everything quickly. Professional, courteous and showed up when he said. Rare today to get service this good

The technician was on time, courteous and friendly. The website is not the easiest to navigate. There was an issue with the key their system told me matched my car, but the technician had the proper key on his truck and was able to produce the right one for me. However, the only negative was that I had to call customer service about the extra cost. That’s where it went down hill for a bit. The customer service rep was awful. Adamantly told me I basically screwed up. When I tried to explain that the system gave me only one choice of keys for the vehicle and that it told me it matched my car, she told me I WAS WRONG. The technician was listening in and was flabbergasted at how rude she was. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. He was beside himself. Once he put his supervisor to the mix the situation was remedied and I was given a discount on the price as a new culpa.

Mike was friendly, prompt, and professional. It was super convenient to get a new key for our car without having to leave the house or pay dealership prices.

The tech I worked with was great. He promptly called soon after my order was placed and informed me that my model of key was not in stock,but he had placed an order and would let me know when it came in. He was able to program the key the same day it arrived. Great communication and great product!

Had bought a car with only 1 fob. I need a second fob by the following week due to my daughter leaving for college. I ordered the key on a Saturday, heard back from the tech on Monday. He had to order the key and would not be able to complete my order by my date. He went above and beyon to reach out to fellow techs and found one that was able to help me within my time frame. My tech went above and beyond to find a location to meet, waited for me and made my second fob just in time. Everyone I talked to and dealt with were amazing!!!!!

I had two different locksmiths try to program a fob for my 2023 nissan. They failed but this company came through. Good communication. Even contacted customer service to verify they could do the job. Everyone was very professional. Will do business again.

I purchased a key for my 2023 Kia Nero. Along with the purchase, I purchased the fob that inserts into the computer system of the vehicle to be able to program my own key. But the fob downloads do not support the Kia brand of vehicles, so the fob was useless.

They were very prompt. I made my appointment which was gonna be in about a week and a half about 20 minutes later. I get a phone call on my phone after making the appointment and he said hey I have free time. Do you want me to come out now? I said sure I came out. I took him about 10 minutes and my key and everything is perfect. Thank you guys.
