Everything went wrong . Could get thru to them by phone after ordering online. Tech took more than 24 hours to schedule and then showed up late. Didn't have the key. Rescheduled and came late.

Any time I order a product online from a company I have never dealt with before, even after doing a bit of due diligence, I'm always concerned about whether I'm being scammed, and whether I'll receive good service. Car Keys Express provided great service and for a good price in comparison to other company quotes. I had two extra keys programmed and cut within a few days and they seem to be working fine. This met my expectations as it wasn't an emergency needs situation. My experience with the technician, Tim, was awesome! He was extremely professional, yet personable. I would do business with Car Keys Express again.

I had a single key fob on a new car purchase with no spare key. I worked with Todd in the Palmdale area. He went above and beyond helping me get everything done right. He actually referred me to Vince to do the key programming with Mazda. Great service!

After providing information on what I wanted a far as options and selections go, I was quoted a certain price. In my experience, there always tends to be some kind of hidden fee or something that you're not initially made aware of. That's not the case here. I paid what I was quoted, and I got what I asked for. I was fortunate enough to have a technician out the next day, but this depends on how busy they are. I will say, Josh arrived and got straight to business. Very professional.

With dealership replacement fobs these days being so expensive, I was on the lookout for options. I was not in a hurry so I didn't need immediate replacement. I was just looking to get a spare. I connected with one of the chat representatives, and based on my situation they recommended I have the key cut and programmed with one of the mobile van technicians. I met up with the key tech at one of his pre-planned route stops, he called me to set up a rendezvous time after he got the particular fob model in hand. Ironically the meetup point was for the parking lot of our car dealership. It was probably only 10 minutes later he came to let me know the car was ready to roll with the new key(s) and the fob looks strikingly the same as the OEM other than the badge on the back. Everything works great, the key cut and button operation pass with flying colors.
