Having reviewed your account, we can see that a request to turn off auto-renewal was received. An automatic response was sent advising that this could be managed via MyAccount. Unfortunately, as we did not receive a further response, the request was automatically closed in line with our process.
However, we can confirm that this matter has now been resolved and the policy has been cancelled.

User friendly website. Easy to navigate. Affordable pricing. Extras e.g. covers lost keys which some car hire companies could charge excessive cost replacement. I haven’t had to claim so can’t comment on that.

I always take out my own car excess as hire cars several times a year abroad
After a recent bad experience in Italy at Bergamo airport , where in brilliant sunshine and reflections on the windscreen they were immediately aware of a tiny chip ( they obviously knew about it previously) this chip apparently was 180 euros to fix.
Eversure paid out within less than a week. Absolutely brilliant service 👌👌👌👌

The process wasn't clear. I purchased family cover because my husband and I hire cars independently but my certificate shows me as the policy holder and only my husband as a lead driver. I have had to raise a query which will take up to 5 days to resolve

I had a problem where I entered the wrong dates on the policy (a month out), this was resolved really quickly and for free and in a really responsive and friendly way. All great indicators of great customer service.

The policy was for a 3 month rental……
The policy was for a 3 month rental… but it has renewed itself after a year. Despite contacting them, I have been emailed to tell them me that they are about to renew the policy for another year?!
