Would use again in future
Website is clear and easy to use. Policies are good value. Fortunately, I've never had to claim on an Eversure policy, but a relative once did and was very pleased with his experience. Would use again in future.

During the onboarding you stated that I could adjust communication settings and automatic renewal in my account. I cannot do this because the account does not work with car hire XS.

For Eversure Car Hire Excess policies, automatic renewal settings can be managed through the MyAccount portal. If you have only recently purchased your policy, your account details may still be updating in the system, which can temporarily affect access to certain features.
I can see that you have successfully registered for MyAccount, so please try accessing this feature again.
I can also confirm that you opted out of marketing communications when purchasing your policy.
