The availability is excellent to select the hours convenient for my clients. The only inconvenience is when it's time to record hours it's difficult to do it yourself and calling to record the hour is very time consuming, on line self document is better.
Under whelming
Unprofessional staff, rude(ask a question then speak over me when I reply) uneducated on company policy, all around poor communication skills, untimely (took three weeks and multiple phone calls to get them to review documents) the app is also unreliable. ABSOLUTELY NO OVERTIME FLEXIBLY
This is by far the most difficult…it has taken almost a month and I’m still not finished. I feel sorry for the recruiter, Janine, she has been so patient.
This is by far the most difficult process I have ever gone through, the site is not user friendly at all. I have had to be in constant contact with the recruiter almost every step of the way. Even people who have gone through the process wouldn’t help me, saying it’s too difficult. I am fairly computer savvy, I have my won website and do most of my business on line. If it were not for the fact that the client, Paul Asturi needs me to do this for his insurance to pay you and he needed help so badly, I would never have stayed with the process.
No caregiver and no contact from care advisor
We have to use them through a government program. I’ve gotten a couple of voicemails the last couple of months. When I try to return calls I’m on hold forever or it says call back later. They matched us up with one caregiver in two months and she didn’t show up. She said she had contacted them a couple days earlier. I called them and they said o yes. We’re sorry we didn’t tell you. We’ll look for another caregiver. It’s been a month and nothing. They don’t return phone calls and they refuse to give me an email to contact my care advisor. So two months later I’ve got no caregiver.

I like how the company calls and text if they have a new client to see if you may be interested. I dislike that when I receive jobs tailored for me they are way out of my range. I also dislike that it takes a long time to be hired once you apply.

The service given is excellent and understanding. Each representative is concerned for the caregiver and the client by giving great service and attention.

I think the representatives are kind, but the red tape and process is cumbersome.
