I love CareLinx the staff that i spoke to is very good!!!! They are very helpful when i call.

I would give less than one star. I paid for a product that NEVER worked. I was told I just needed to upgrade my membership. After reaching out that an Error Code kept popping up and that nothing worked, I just kept getting told that I'd have to find a caregiver in person rather than using their website. After many attempts to reach and try to fix this problem, this is the response I got,
"Our team has confirmed that there is a temporary issue affecting the Caregiver (CG) Search section, impacting multiple accounts. A fix has already been developed and will be included in CareLinx’s next product release. Please rest assured that this is not an issue specific to your account."
However, they won't issue me a refund, even though I was NEVER able to access what their website said it would offer.

Beyond frustrating and not what someone who is already dealing with the stress of needing a caregiver for loved one needs to go through.

I would recommend staying as far away from this site as you can.

CareLinx is very easy to deal with and always there when you have questions. They’re very prompt. The pay is good and the login logout is easy.

The lady that helped me. She speaks great English and was VERY helpful.

Very easy to use the app and the payment system is working well.

Respons from the office when ever I have a client that needs to reschedule and they are able to cancel the date

Caregiver was wonderful. Professional and sweet to my husband. Unfortunately she is having a difficult time with computer update issues and wasn’t paid for January. Not sure if she’ll continue coming until she gets paid. Can’t blame her at all if she doesn’t.

You people are just horrible period

Since joining Carelinx in November of last year I've never encountered any issues. They've been a big help to me and my dad who has issues with diabetes.

I really like my job, I can adjust my schedule and my pay is on time, thank you for everything.

When i have a problem no matter what even if its the same problem they will help as if they have never heard the question

This company offers flexible hours in a safe comfortable working environment of your choice. It offers competitive pay, that you are required to get taxes taken out of. The hiring process was a little long but CareLinx staff was there each step of the way to offer support. So far I am enjoying working with the CareLinx team!

Carelinx is a great tool to use if you are working and looking to get paid in two days.

This is the beginning of my 2nd year with you guys and I have enjoyed working with each individual I have come in contact with.
Sometime I need help with entering my time. They are so nice about helping me. I am not that tech savvy. They are always polite and nice, and that means a lot, because I am of age. All I can say is keep up the good work. You will go places. God bless!!
