The phone app is easy to navigate. Everything you need is available within the app. From speaking with personnel, adjusting and submitting time cards, educational classes, and the ease of selecting a client. Selecting and reviewing your work schedule is right there in the app. Good company.

Started off really bad and slow. Couldn't get an account set up with Carelynx .
Finally got all set up. Then money I earned was not getting deposited in my account. That took a little while to straighten out, last 2 numbers were reversed on my acct.
My family/client, wanted me to earn $25 an
Hour ,not $20. Finally got that straightened out. Now everything is great. I have really bonded with my " Family" and love my job.

When I needed assistance with time sheets. They are very prompt in helping me.

Carelinx is an Amazing company and I’m really glad to be a part of this great company because they Connect caregivers to clients very easily and when you get in touch with them on any situation they respond very fast I really like this great company. God bless Carelinx and all the staff.

The Carelinx app is user friendly and I’ve had little issues with it and when I did need help the technical team was very responsive and knowledgeable to get me back online.

Carelynx representative seemed sweet, pleasant, and eficiente. She ( Diane) helped confidente with what i needed.

Good company to work for

My experience has been very disappointing. I was warned this would be the case, but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt seeing that is the only provider BCBS is sending members to. When I first contacted the representative, I was told carelinx would reach out when caregivers applied and it seemed like they would be very communicative. In reality everything is through email/app and I've yet to be able to connect to a caregiver directly. I tried 3x to initiate an interview and communicate with a caregiver on my own, but the webcam just shows "connecting" on both ends and block out your ability to exchange numbers. Either this is a scam, made difficult on purpose due to insurance, or the website/app communication is too glitchy. The process in communicating with and trying to provide in home support for your elderly parents through insurance should not be more difficult than the care that is needed.

looked online and it appeared that there were 10 caregivers in my area. signed up and pushed to get the upgraded profile for 36$ a month. Then suddenly, there are no caregivers in the area. typical crap

they serviced Sonder Health. When Sonder went into receivership, they didn't inform us or the care provider person.
She was not able to log her last shift. We will pay her personally.
Totally unprofessional.

This site is a complete waste of time, energy, emotional wellbeing and money. Complete SCAM!
Spent the $35 for nothing. No response. No reply. No assistance from supposed “case manager.” After two days kept getting error prompts which was never resolved.
Do not waste your time on this site!

It took months to find someone for Los Angeles and then she is not up to par as a cleaner. She mops without vacuuming and spreads the dirt around, mops around throw rugs etc. she is always late. I had to put her on 2 hours a week and now she won't work. First weekend in August and then second weekend in August she did not come because she is claiming Covid without show a positive result. I want to release her and hire my daughter who will do a better job.

Carelinx is a very professional Company that is on top of providing Professional and Excellent Customer Service. The response to asked questions are phenomenal with kindness and honorable politeness.
