Quick reply to my phone call the engineer that came Chris was friendly did a good job 10 out of 10

We have sought their help on several occasions, twice in emergency, and they have been so helpful. They are also remarkably cheap. They also arrange support and servicing. We recommend them.

The repairs were carried out in good order and the costs were reasonable.
I would recommend this company for a fast reliable service.

I read reviews for Carelift Services Ltd as I liked that they are local to me, I was already impressed with what I had read. I was kindly given a stairlift which unfortunately didn't fit my property. I spoke to Lesley about getting it adjusted and sent her photo's of the stairlift which she then gave to Liam. Hannah called me back to advise that the stairlift couldn't be adjusted but we then came to an agreement to part exchange it to one that would. Liam came round to measure up and go over the details, and 48 working hours later, my stairlift is installed! Chris came and fitted it for me, showed me how to use it and take away the other stairlift.
From the very first phone call, to the fitting of the stairlift, everyone has been amazing. Their customer service is second to none, very professional, very kind and caring, I honestly can't thank them enough or recommend them highly enough.
If you need a stairlift, whether your renting it, or buying a brand new or reconditioned stairlift I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Service and support from CareLift have been excellent. At relatively short notice, Liam quickly and efficiently identified the best product to meet our needs in terms of suitability, value for money and availability within our timescale, providing full and clear advice as to the pros and cons of different available products. Installation engineers Chris and Paul arrived punctually, were friendly, helpful, respectful of us and our property, completed the installation efficiently and neatly, and cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. The whole process was completed in just over three weeks, though it could have been just over a fortnight had we accepted the first installation date offered. Our experience of customer service so far gives us every confidence that we will receive good future support with servicing and maintenance. CareLift are a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend contacting CareLift directly, as they offer a range of products, so you are not limited to a single manufacturer.

Chris and Paul arrived on time on time got the job done despite being interrupted frequently which was taken in good part. Took the time to explain everything and make sure that I knew what I was doing and correct me when I got things wrong. Left things clean and tidy and checked through everything again with me.

The company sent Jamie to service and diagnose a problem with my stairlift. He was very generous with his time, polite and diligent. I had complicated faults with my stairlift and can now make a more educated plan on how I wish to proceed. Communication with main office was also a pleasant and easy experience.

The engineer arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem with our stairlift. He was polite, efficient and treated our home with respect. I would definitely recommend this company.

From the first telephone conversation with Lesley, to the removal of the stairlift by Jamie and Barry, I was impressed by the service provided by Carelift Services.

Lesley was very friendly and helpful and made arrangements for collection. Jamie and Barry arrived in good time on removal morning and worked quickly and tidily. Very satisfied customer.

Carelift responded swiftly and offered me a home visit, a lot quicker (by several months) than the company that made and installed my stairlift. Chris, the engineer that came out was very polite and patient with me and my ramblings. I will definitely use Carelift Services again.

From the initial contact to the completion of the fitting of the stairlift, the service has been excellent. Their attention to detail really impressed me and the care they showed towards my Mum. She is very pleased with the product and it has made her life easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The arrangement of the installation was easy and quick! I can't thank the engineers Chris & Paul enough for their kindness to my elderly parents, they spent time making sure they knew about the product and the installation was done professionally and with great care. Thank you!

Chris the Service Engineer carried out the service on the on the disabled stairlift taking special care of the carpet and surrounding areas, very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company if you need to purchase a disabled stairlift.

They solved what turned out to be a tricky problem with kindness, persistence, a pleasant manner and could not have been better. I rarely leave reviews, but Chris (and Barry who was also at the first visit) could not have been more helpful. We had clear explanations of what they were doing and why. Chris came back twice more, having spoken to the manufacturer, to fix the over riding issue. He knew how important and reliant my husband, in particular, was on having a working and reliable lift. We had started with the company who supplied the lift, but they did not seem to have much clue or to really care and after many weeks we were no further forward. Carelift Services were genuinely concerned for our situation and had a very unusual problem sorted in less than a fortnight, including fitting replacement parts. I cannot thank them or praise them enough

The Old Vicarage residential care home has been using Carelift services for the past year.
They will come out on the day if there is an emergency,
very quickly.
