Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience. Unfortunately the company dont care about insured persons at all. Hot line is useless. Wherever you call them you l got different answers for the same question. Once I called and the person even told me that Im not insured by them. Great! Moving from student contract to after graduation one took more than 2 months. At one point I had no more energy to communicate with this company anymore and went to a social worker, who was surprised and angry all the time he tried to get any information from them. Cause its was not really possible. Also few times my invoices was not fully covered, even it was test prescribed by ma haus doctor. At my hausarzt praxis everyone was shocked when I showed that the blood test will not be covered even I had a tarif with 100 pr coverage. And the reason was absolutely absurd. Witch noone in praxis could understand. So all my experience is just a lot of nervous and I m happy to move to different company.

They don't care about new customers
I applied for a Care Concept Blocked Account. They said they would open the account within one business day, but it has now been three days and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. On top of that, their email address doesn’t seem to work. I receive an automatic message saying the address is invalid.

Unkomplizierte Auslandskrankenversicherung
Ich habe die Auslandskrankenversicherung für meinen dreimonatigen Aufenthalt auf Kreta abgeschlossen. Nach einer Verletzung konnte ich sorgenlos vor Ort zu einem Privatarzt gehen, der mich behandelte. Anschließend lief das Einreichen der Dokumente total unkompliziert - im Portal einfach das Foto des Arztberichts und der Rechnung aus der Apotheke hochladen. Etwa eine Woche später habe ich das Geld schon zurückerstattet bekommen - ohne weiter etwas tun, einreichen, begründen o. Ä. zu müssen.
Das Portal ist zudem übersichtlich aufgebaut und einfach bedienbar.
Daher finde ich den Monatsbeitrag vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Jedes Mal wieder!

Absolute Zeitverschwendung und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zeit einen Antrag auszufüllen kann man sich sparen!

They charged me for an insurance service I didn’t use, even though I canceled it on the same day, and they’re not refunding it. It’s definitely fraud.

I experienced the most ridiculous…
I experienced the most ridiculous corporate service of my life with this company. The company operates with insufficient staff. They cannot keep up with customers. When they cannot complete a simple policy extension within two working days, they respond by saying that things move slowly in Germany and you should be prepared for it to take two to three weeks.
For the first time in the past decade, I have encountered such a delay with the travel health insurance I have repeatedly purchased in four different countries.

Unfortunately, everything is fine, except that when I tried to change my public insurance to Care Expatriate, I found that the service isn't compliant with German insurance regulations regarding permanent private insurance.

Care Concept team is exceptionally responsive and takes into consideration the requirements and deadlines of their customers. Unlike my experience with other insurance companies, I managed to arrange the insurance and have all the documents ready for authorities within one working day.
